  I went to sonic after a rave with some friends and despite the late hours, the staff was incredible. Specifically Hailey, she was very friendly and offered great suggestions for the slushies and left my friends and I wanting to comeback for her service:)

  Terribly inefficient drive thru. Get read to wait an hour. I wager there were maybe 9 cars ahead of us, and it took that long to finally get to the window. We ordered 5 vanilla soft serve cups to celebrate my kids first soccer game of the season and my daughter's was rancid... How can you mess up this bad? Worst experience I've probably ever had TBH

  Staff constantly gets the order wrong. I got 3 burgers they were brought out with mustard on them even when mentioned numerous times before that im allergic. The manager came out and agreed to make new ones for free, the new ones brought out with mustard smeared on the wrappers.

  I appreciate when kids work. But the store was literally full of all teenagers at 10pm on a Sunday. It was the slowest service I ever had. 1 blast and 1 hotdog that was ordered in advance. The kids kept coming in and out of the store to talk to friends that already recieved food sitting at the tables. There was 1 car ahead of me, also teens, that were talking to the cashier for at least 6 minutes. I waited over 17 minutes for these 2 items. Insane.

  I was craving a very sweet delicious dirty Dr Pepper that they normally are able to provide however, apparently making a dirty Dr Pepper was rocket science to this crew that was working. I was so polite the whole time they took my order. I told him I would like a Dr Pepper it came out a little bit late. I tried it. It tasted absolutely disgusting. My older sister tried it absolutely disgusting. We felt so sick after drinking it I asked them for an ocean water in exchange and if they couldn’t, it was no problem then they insisted that they would have that out for me. I waited for about 30 minutes. Nobody came out so I walked to the front window to ask if I could just get a refund and he told me that I was going to have to call the number and I was not guarantee a refund absolutely awful.
