I saw if they could make more and they told me no then I asked for there Diablo queso and they wouldn’t give me that either. I thinks that very poor customer service when they are capable of making more or giving me a different queso.
- MCMike C.Sep 20, 20262.0I was really hoping for a Cava, Chipotle, Flower Child, quality restaurant but this QDOBA restaurant in particular the staff all seem like they don’t wanna be there, the manager or owner is a curly haired lady who I’ve seen walk around restaurant half dressed in the morning, NONE of the workers greet you, they typically have 1 person working the line while 4-5 other employees are in the back only come to help once the person upfront is overwhelmed. They need to close this place down & replace it with something people actually want. The vibe & food quality just isn’t it.

You can see them cooking chicken and mixing guacamole. You can see them washing their hands and grabbing new gloves as needed. It feels like the kitchen area is pretty clean and that is real food as opposed to most burger and chicken nugget chains.

Multiple times I’ve asked for double protein on minimum 2 of the 4entrees in my order only one is made correctly. Secondly everytime I order a side of chips and queso they always forget the chips. What am I supposed to eat the queso with a spoon? My suggestion is if you’re really craving this, just get off stand in line and watch them prep your food. The convenience of mobile ordering just results in inconvenience .
