  We ordered online tonight and when our order showed up, we were missing part of our order. Call and got the manager and explain that we were missing. Our breadsticks. He advised that the breadstick dough was frozen and they didn't have any defrostred and available for orders tonight. So instead of letting anyone know that they were out and refunding money or offering another item.in it's place they were bearing their heads in the sand delivering the orders and not saying anything. Charging you full price might I add. When I asked about a refund, he got testy with me insinuating. Then, I wanted a full refund of the entire order. Which I never asked for. When I said offering another item or letting us know that it wasn't going to be delivered would have been a good option and that it wasn't rocket science... He got a little twitterpatted with me and hung up on me. Stellar management.Customer service right there. Call back and asked for the name of the owner of this franchise and his phone number. A restaurant is only as good as its employees and if this is the type of management that runs this place... I'll spend my money elsewhere for better service and better pizza. Hats off to you lil man! You sure silenced me with that hangup lol

  Haven't been to or ordered from Pizza Hut in years - and now I remember why. I thought the New York style looked good on the site, so decided to give Pizza Hut another try only to be disappointed. The "Extra Large" was a large at best (I'm being generous). Toppings sparse (including the cheese). Lacking flavor and arrived cold and met the delivery driver outside to which they didn't even get out of the car, just rolled the window down, removed my pizza from the "warmer" with one hand and then proceeded to hand me the box sideways. They also don't tell you until after you order delivery, that they're using a third party delivery service (was Doordash) - which I guess explains the crazy delivery fee. Will not be returning.
