  I wouldn't even give one star but you have to in order to do a review. I will never go back to this Papa John's location ever unless there's a change of management. I was told that I couldn't use a school fundraiser card unless you order online. So I tried & wasn't successful. So I asked for help & the manager practically shrugged me off & ignored me by taking a phone call. No apologies or saying excuse me but please let get this first order first. He totally blew me off. I can see if the store was busy but no. I was the only customer there! He kept talking on the phone so I just walked right out the door, telling my self I'll never go back there ever again!!!

  I ordered off of Door Dashb so I cannot speak on service and atmosphere…however…who ever makes pizzas here really needs a refresher course. We ordered a large works pizza and every topping is thrown on top of sauce with some cheese and barely cooked…well enough to melt the cheese but EVERYTHING falls off. There is minimal cheese. This was seriously the worst pizza. I get it—quick and fast food—my expectations aren’t extremely high but come on!

  Mohamed is the sweetest person you will ever meet. I have never had a bad pizza here and have been a constant customer for years. BEST PAPA JOHNS EVER!!!!!!

  The manager is incompetent. The rest of the staff is nice. Placed an online order and got a pizza with like two mushrooms. I called to tell them and the manager told me to come back and they would remake it. I was not able to come back so he said he would put a free pizza for next time (tied to my phone number). Well I placed another order online, then called to talk about the free pizza. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with the manager, at the end of the conversation he said “okay, we’re all set.” I asked “so I will be getting a total of 3 pizzas then?” And was told yes. I wait a bit to go pick up and when I arrive I have two pizzas and the manager stated “oh I didn’t understand what you said” Just frustrating because not only did I call, explain the situation, give them ample time but now I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in store for my pizza. A true mess. And I guess they just skimp on the topping if you order more than one because this 2nd mushroom pepperoni pizza is pathetic
