  A good friend of mine recommended Or1gen to me and she was absolutely correct to send me here! Everything was fantastic, from the moment we walked in the door to enjoying a drink at the bar because we came early for our reservation. The drinks were delicious. I personally recommend the Paloma. Once we sat at our table, Joshua took care of us and he was incredible as well. Very knowledgeable and attentive in just the right ways. We enjoyed some wonderful bone marrow and grilled scallops, along with the rock lobster. 100%, great choices. Then, a new item, the clam chowder, it was also delicious. We also got the grilled octopus and sides of broccoli and mashed potatoes. No room for dessert, but we are so fulfilled and impressed overall with Or1gen.

  This was a stellar experience with delicious bone marrow, guacamole, and pork shank. The cocktails were top notch and Michael, our server, was fantastic with pacing and knowing how to interact with each table. Also the manager on was doing a great job and assisted me with finding the restroom. Only disappointment is how do you have a steakhouse without even one steak being gluten free?? 🤯 but it was still absolutely delicious and we will be back. Hopefully for steak next time.

  This is our second visit to Origen and I’m so glad we came again! Our first visit was when the restaurant was new and it was ok. Tonight we were WOWed! David was spot on for service, gracious and knowledgeable, he is an asset to the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, we had three different types of steaks and each was cooked to perfection! The sides were nice portions and very tasty and save room for the Dubai brownie with pistachio ice cream, Heaven and very shareable! This is a beautiful unique establishment whose food and service were wonderful.

  We went to restaurant last night! After all the reviews, had to experience. The food was good and the service was excellent. From the hostess who checked to see if there were seats at bar while we waited for a table to the waitress and GM. Just amazing. Yuritza our server was attentive and the Gm Carlos , both were phenomenal. We truly felt like honered guest at their house. Shout out to the singer who actually caught me dancing in my seat! They also accommodated us with a different table that was in the main room. Everything from the decor to service , drinks , food and entertainment was top notch. Thank you for a memorable evening!

  There are not enough good things to say about Origen. Every time we visit, we're reminded why it's one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. We go to other restaurants, but they just don't measure up. The service is impeccable—attentive without ever being intrusive. Somehow, the moment you realize you need something, whether it's water, wine, or anything else, it's already there. The staff has mastered the art of anticipating your needs without interrupting your conversation. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegant and comfortable. The dining rooms feel intimate rather than like one large, noisy space, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed evening with friends. From the beautifully set tables to the impressive oversized wine glasses, every detail feels thoughtfully chosen to elevate the experience without feeling pretentious. The wine selection is exceptional, and Carlos, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for wine and hospitality shines through in every recommendation. The food is equally impressive. We love the Mexican steakhouse concept, and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish. Origen is the restaurant we keep coming back to when we want a truly special evening. The food, wine, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality set a standard that few restaurants can match. It has never disappointed, and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
