  Extremely rude staff at this location. Unwilling to honor discounts that are on the app when there are technical issues. Orders are incorrect, almost all of the time. Just lots of attitude coming from staff.

  I ordered online thru their app( the way they prefer you to order you know) everything went through paid, got a receipt ( I will attach) and sent my son to pick up the food. When he went in they said it wasn’t paid for which it was because you can’t place an order through the app and not pay. When I told him it was paid for and I sent him the receipt. He said they ignored him and told him that they canceled it. I then received a refund not to cancel on my credit card. I placed another order because my son was there and we needed to eat and when he picked up that one I said, please ask for the person‘s name who canceled it because I want to complain to the app when he asked the person who was working, who was wearing a pink shirt and was working at the time that is on the receipt that I will attach she refused and just said she canceled it and gave no reason. When I contacted the app, they said that they would contact the store in the store with contact me. I still have not received any contact. I understand this is in the area that is plugged with the Gilbert goons. This is no excuse for horrible customer service. I understand why McDonald’s is suffering that the fact that you’re charging us $50 for your crappy food.

  I would give a 0 if I could. Took an extremely long time to get my food when it was completely empty. Later, I check the bag and got none of the extra sauces I paid for. To top things off, a customer had to go behind the counter to get me the drink I also paid extra for! Waste of money and time, go to a different location!
