- MVMuriel ValenzuelaMay 7, 20261.0Didnt know what happened but the guy at night told me that the manager changed. This place used to be great but not anymore. What a difference. Our food is cold old. Ive brought my child here for sometime now and the playground has always been clean. Not this time. Its disgusting. The whole place was. The guy said it was short staffed. I take my son to closer mcdonald and get fud and go to park now.

It took 20+ minutes for our order to be filled. Also, there was no receipt when I placed my order on the machine. There was rarely anyone at the front counter to answer questions... One person came up front and then they were gone. to the back. The staff was mostly in the back and finally said they were short-staffed... which was surprising since there seemed to be about 6 people working. Disappointing.

Also, in a previous visit, it is really irritating to use the drive thru only to be asked to wait in the parking lot. If I wanted to park I would have done so, that's why I use the drive thru. I'm not trying to be complicit with the employees trying to pad their drive thru numbers.
- MWMatt WarrenApr 18, 20261.0One of the absolute worst McDonald’s locations we’ve ever been to. Weird that it is in Gilbert yet it is still so consistently bad. Always understaffed and you must check your orders because there will always be an item missing. Between the poor attitude, poor service, and lack of quality checks, you are far better off just going two minutes out of your way and going to the Chandler location.
