    2 stars because at least they fixed the order… eventually. I normally don’t leave negative reviews. Usually I either give a place another chance or just stop going altogether. But this McDonald’s manages to mess up my order SO often that at this point it’s honestly my fault for coming back. Today I ordered a DOUBLE Quarter Pounder with Cheese. When the employee put the order on the screen, I noticed it didn’t say “double,” so I asked if it was correct. I even specifically asked: “This is the double, right? Two patties? Because I don’t see ‘double’ on the screen.” She confirmed multiple times that it was correct. Then I paid… and noticed the price seemed way too low for a double. So before even getting my food, I asked AGAIN just to make sure. Turns out they had entered the single lol for no one’s surprise. When I politely asked if they could just charge me the difference and give me the correct burger, or maybe cancel the order, (I just wanted my 2 patties 😭) the person in charge there comes to the window and give me a lecture about how I should’ve checked the screen… after I had literally questioned the order multiple times already… Like ma’am, you gotta be kidding, righttttt! Mistakes happen, I get it. But the attitude? Not cool. Customers shouldn’t feel stupid for trying to confirm their order.

    Every time I go to this location they never give me all of my order. Every time. I’m constantly having to turn back around or lose money for paying something I didn’t receive. Don’t bother calling they won’t answer.

    At the drive thru, I ordered a 6pc happy meal and medium big arch combo. Another car blew past and cut me off to the window. The cashier did not verify their order, and added to -my- order at their request. That customer received their order at the pick up window. I pulled up to the window and the cashier opened the window and proceeded to ignore me while talking to other staff that she just charged another car the wrong order. I overheard her mention the items on my order and chimed in that I had been the one to order those items. The cashier glanced at me and said this isn't about your order (paraphrase). She proceeded to talk to another staffer about what to do. After a few more minutes she turned to me and told me a higher total than I was expecting. I asked if that was the total for the two items I ordered and she said yes. I let her charge my card. She handed me a 'duplicate' receipt with $2 additional added to the order for two toys that I did not request. When I asked why she charged me for additional items without my knowledge or consent, she argued that it was because she overcharged another customer. I explained that one customer and another customer are mutually exclusive and that sneaking charges onto bills is not ok. She began to huff and asked if I wanted my $2 back. At this point it had been about 20 minutes since my original order and my toddler was growing impatient. I'll admit I drove off irritated. My feedback is that corrective action should be taken for both the cashier who lied about the charge, then argued about it, and the senior staff who told them to add fraudulent charges. If they're doing this to me they're doing this to others.

    Me and my man have been there a few times, used to be good, then the last time we went there these young female employees were chatting with these 2 guys right outside the drive thru window and they were laughing and joking around and barely doing their job. Second time, which is now our final time going, they didnt even answer us when we were at the drive thru, then when we pulled up they were all chit chatting in the kitchen not paying any attention to the fact that we didnt even get to order. Mind you there was another person ahead of us who we saw leave and I dont even think they got help either.
