    Spent 20 min in the drive thru. 2 cars in front of me. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, both came with no cheese & also chicken tenders that were cold & looked like they were not edible. Horrible service, horrible food. Totally disgusting. But.. what do you expect from McDonald's & these employees. Just horrible...

    STOP serving watered-down OJ!!!! You do this every time I visit and I’m sick of it!! You are stealing people’s $ by not using full-concentrate and it’s done intentionally so you can save a few bucks. Pathetic owners & management!!! It’s orange water and I have to throw it away every time!!! I demand you stop this foul & corrupt business behavior immediately or I’m going to seek legal representation. Just stop!!!!! I have been addressing this issue for a year and no traction. It’s obvious the owners & management truly do not care about these reviews because they fail to take any action.

    Just left and paid $26.00 for 10 piece nuggets large fry and a fillet o fish meal large and one of the fries is missing from the order and it looks like they tossed the sandwich in the box

    I asked a simple question this morning. I recognize you only have two employees in the morning but this morning once again I was sitting in the drive thru waiting to have someone take my order and another car drove up in the other lane and you immediately took the other car's order. I had even said "hello" to try to get someone's attention prior to the car driving up in the other lane. I did so after waiting a bit and not receiving a response to take my order. So I asked through the intercom "why do you guys take someone who hasn't been waiting first, first?" When finally receiving service the employee told me she "couldn't hear me". So when the window opened to pay and get my order I asked again. She told me I "needed to realize there are only two employees". That didn't explain to me why it keeps happening. I said should I just start talking? She immediately said she "couldn't hear me" as I was talking, implying what I was saying to her then and there couldn't be heard. I was trying to figure out if there was a way I could be heard instead of waiting and someone else arriving after me getting immediate service in the other lane. I wasn't rude but definitely looking for a way to get their attention. I didn't understand how the opposite lane was heard but I wasn't. Why I sat and waited and they didn't wait at all. It's nearly every morning this occurs and makes no sense. It should be based on who gets to the intercom first, especially if they have been waiting. I was there first, sitting, eventually politely said "hello". It keeps happening and yes at this point of repetition it's annoying! I come every morning and it happens at least 4 times a week. Is it on purpose?! I shouldn't have to sit and wait, only to have someone drive up and get their order taken. It's called "fast" food for a reason. And proper business etiquette says "first come first serve". Anyway the part that made this encounter completely disrespectful was: Your employee, who I believe is management, then told me "well next time come in". I guess she thought she was being cute. I explained I have a dog in the car. She said she didn't realize that. I then said I am also disabled. I shouldn't have to come in to get service when I waited and you took others. But again, I am disabled! This person has always been friendly. This morning not so much! Why would I come in because you ignored me?! It's a drive thru designed for convenience. I was there first waiting. She should or could have said "Next time just drive up to the window and I will take your order". I just wanted to make her aware they keep doing this. I go this restaurant specifically because of the friendly service. I will go elsewhere from now on. The other two are just as close. I recognize it may be the same franchise owner, but it won't be the same condescending responses. All she had to say was "I will let the person with the headset know, sorry about that". Instead she wants me to get out of my car and tell me there are only two employees. So much for customer service and what I previously perceived as a friendly employee. You should take customers in the order they arrive first. While I didn't sit long, I still sat. I do nearly every morning as I watch the person who arrived in the other lane after me receive immediate service. It doesn't matter what lane I choose. Is it on purpose? Not so much fast food for me, but hey at least you got the one customer to keep coming back. Wow. Hope your employee has the day she deserves!
