  I’m a very regular customer to this McDonald’s I come here very often and I came today this morning at 9:45 and ordered an online order as long with three sweet teas and gave them my code to redeem my rewards for a free ice cream. I got up to the window to cash out. Everything was good and when I got up to the food window, they gave me my ice cream and I asked for a cup to put it in for my toddler, and I looked at the ice cream and it was probably a quarter of amount that they gave me every other time I have came to this location and I asked if they could politely remake the ice cream and they told me that they would ask the manager. Manager being Angelica came to the window with a slight attitude as she opened the window and told us that it was not allowed to be remade due to the size that it was was the regular amount and she always does this amount when she does ice cream I was just looking for a simple remake or even just an apology and she stated that I was wrong and that’s how it was supposed to be It’s supposed to be three swirl she said, and when I got the ice cream, there was one tiny bump on it. It’s not like there was a dry full drive-through full of people. I was the only one in line as this went down unfortunately I didn’t get accommodated and she shut the window and I went on with my day. I just kind of thought. It was a waste of my reward points for coming and getting an ice cream for my toddlers now they neither got one I wasn’t going to give one and not the other.

  One of the best McDonald's in the area. Staff is always friendly and quick. Food is accurate and hot. Michelle the manager is super positive. Luna, Lexie, Nancy, and Mark are quick to take orders and when they're behind, they keep the room updated. Good staff and operations practices here.

  I recently visited this location and had the worst experience of my life. I was parked in the handicap spot in the parking lot, which I had legally parked. A lady named Patty came out and told me I had to move because I was smoking. I was parked far enough from the entrance that it didn’t violate any code. I explained to Patty that I could legally smoke here because of the distance I was from the front door. Patty then continued to question whether I was legally parked in the handicap spot. This behavior was definitely discriminatory, and Patty had no right to ask me about my medical history. She was very rude and uninviting. I don’t recommend this location to anyone, and I strongly advise you to look into Patty’s behavior. It’s definitely discriminatory, and not only did she tell me to move, which is illegal, but she also picked on me because I have ADA accommodations. If she had approached me in a proper manner, the situation could have been resolved without any discrimination.
