  Frozen drink machine was down. Food was decent. Service good. Place was dirty! Trash everywhere! The sad part is I saw people empty trash in the party area but everywhere else had full trash cans with trash on the floor especially in the women’s bathroom

  Horrible experience here would never come back. first of all poor customer service, first red flag was no one answering the phone when we had tried calling before going in, called 5+ times and no response AT ALL. Got there and no one was in sight to purchase bowling had to wait awhile. Got our lane and we weren’t serviced there either. My friends had to use the bathroom and were harassed while in the process. The employees must’ve been really bored of doing NOTHING that they had security get involved for a misunderstanding. Security took everything too far and ended up having our friend pressed against the ground for trying to go back and get his things. Security then told us we were getting trespassed for no valid reason btw. Cops got involved, which Gilbert pd already doesn’t know anything about properly enforcing the law, they then wouldn’t let us leave, but we weren’t being detained (makes no sense) and then still never fully trespassed us because there again was NO valid reason for them to. Our money/ time was wasted from the beginning of when we entered the establishment.

  My sun 11 was invited too a breakfast burthday party 10:30am a first for us. Pancakes with burthday cake Different in a GREAT WAY. Most of the staff was nice understanding and willing too help. GREAT EXPEEINCE . there always one, there was a young FEMALE enployee in the prize conter for kids and parents. When i simply asked here a quation she rolled here eyes and treats an older 59y father like he is stuped. While she leans on the conter and gossips too other enployess that were working hard. I had here behavor on my body came recording frends burthday party. showed to GM She should not be working around kids or parents.

  I took my daughter to Main Event for a daddy daughter date. Great food and all the staff were very friendly. They have some really cool games too. Thanks for making it a great experience! .

  I’m giving this place a one star review as I have celiac disease which falls under the American Disabilities Act and the manager at the establishment will not allow me to bring in my own food. Which means when I’m spending money for my family to play games, bowl, and eat there I have no choice but to sit and watch my family eat as there’s nothing safe for me to have here. I asked if they allowed service animals and the answer was yes, which is confusing that this establishment picks and chooses which disabilities they’ll allow in their establishment. However if you have a party you can bring in your own cupcakes and cakes so confused how if I brought in my own food it would be a health violation yet that’s allowed. Seems a little counterintuitive if you ask me. I understand it’s not managements fault it’s whoever runs Main Events policies and they have to abide by that so they don’t get in trouble for saying yes, it’s just such an unfortunate experience when this place isn’t cheap to begin with.
