  I went to experience the augmented reality they had there but it was closed, the bar was not showing the game I wanted to watch, and all of the arcades I wanted to play were taken it was just one negative thing after another there unfortunately

  We had an epic party for my Son's 10th birthday. Hayden & Kailyn took good care of us at the check-in desk. The food was awesome. The Big Super Fun Sundae was a great hit! Thanks for making our day special! Main Event Gilbert for the win!

  I highly do not recommend having a party here! They are a mess! We had to keep chasing the host around to ask for everything we already paid for! Missed most of the party because of it! Time that I can NEVER get back! We scheduled a party for 1:30pm. We were told multiple times to make sure all guests were 15 minutes early to the party, which we stressed, only to find out the lanes we reserved for the party and the adjacent table for our guests was a mess with food and drinks that had not been cleaned from the prior guests. We weren’t able to start bowling until about 1:40pm, our guests had to sit around and wait for around 30 minutes. Our Food came out very late and I had to keep asking for it. The kids were hungry since we were told the food would ready be when we got to the lane at 1:30pm and that’s what we relayed to our party. ( the lane with a party next to us arrived about 30 min after us and their lane was clean and their food was ready when they got there) Our Pizza that we scheduled days in advance, I had to keep asking for and we didn’t receive it until 2:20pm. I had to keep asking for the kids drinks, and we didn’t get any drinks until 2:30pm. I had to ask multiple times for our churros, we didn’t get our churros until 2:30pm, when our bowling game was over. We only received chocolate dipping sauce and “they didn’t have caramel,” our son’s favorite and was looking forward to. Nothing was ready for us, we had to constantly keep asking for everything including the grad pass, bowling pin, human crane ticket etc. After the laser tag game, our party went to the rope course and was told we could not enter without a reservation which we were not informed of. The only time we could get for our party was 30 minutes later. Some of the children became frustrated and started complaining from having to wait so long. At around 3:10pm, I scheduled the rope course for 340 after the kids were done with laser tag, but for whatever reason, the person scheduled it for 4:40, almost 2 hours later. A few Kids from our party left after the rope course because they were frustrated and annoyed that they were constantly waiting when it wasn’t even that busy. Our party host was given the wrong contract that was missing the pizza, bowling pin, etc. He also mentioned this was only the 2nd time hosting a party that included food, and he had zero help or supervision. I had to keep asking for everything, and I missed out on precious moments from our son’s party. This was a birthday, graduation and moving party for our son, and the last time he was going to see his friends that he grew up here with in Arizona. I barely got to see him with his friends and interact with their families, because I had to follow up for everything that was supposed to be in the contract and waiting for us when we arrived. This was ridiculous and an absolute disaster. Our son didn’t deserve this. This was a planned party months in advance, we didn’t just show up on the day of! That’s how we were treated!

  We received exceptional customer service throughout. From purchasing our Food and Fun packs, to ordering food and playing. They would also check on us and kids as they played and had fun. We had a minor issue with our cards and the manager was beyond helpful. Thank you for a great experience for my kids and I.

  Don't come here to play pool. Their new "reservation" list basically doesn't allow u to play pool even tho there's open pool tables available. Their "chicken" in their boneless wings has so much filler, u can't tell where the breading ends and the chicken begins.
