  We had a blast! We definitely will be coming back without the kids hahaha too much fun! Lazor tag was top notch makes you want to come back with a group just for that. I want to say we need more customer service like this place because holy cow they not only helped give back what the machine took but the lead/manager pulled some strings & sent me home with a sonic for my Autistic Daughter! That was above & beyond but that touched us as parents if you have any kids on the spectrum you know! Thanks again yall! We will be back'

  Potter was such a pleasant manager to speak with regarding the excellent service I received from Marissa. Between these two lovely ladies I would highly recommend that you visit and please make sure to ask for marissa as your server and if anything needs to be taken care of reach out to Potter. Also if you need an ice cream Camden is your man. He makes the best big super fun sundae’s

  If you’re looking for a place where your inner child can absolutely dominate your adult responsibilities, Main Event San Tan is it! We celebrated my birthday and had an amazing time from start to finish. We kicked things off with bowling, where the fun (and friendly competition) got everyone laughing. Then it was on to laser tag, where Nick went above and beyond to get us set up and made sure we had an awesome experience. Of course, we couldn’t leave without hitting the arcade! We racked up a mountain of game tickets, and Jensen made cashing them in for prizes quick, easy, and fun. He was patient, friendly, and helped make the prize counter feel like the grand finale to an already fantastic day. Great staff, great atmosphere, and endless fun. Huge thanks to Nick and Jensen for making my birthday celebration one to remember. We’ll definitely be back… hopefully with even more game points next time! 🎳🎮🎉

  We haven't been back to Main EVENT for over 6 years and boy are we happy we chose to celebrate our son's birthday here on a Sunday afternoon. The facility is clean, with staff walking around just in case you need something or have a question. And for the most part everyone looks like they enjoy working here which greatly impacted the energy and the atmosphere for our family. Brandon was the highlight of this!!! When it was time to take a break from the arcade games we headed to the food court and he was patient, great at listening, and offered us descriptive options for our party of 9 people. He went over the order that was extensive and our food came out within 15 to 20 minutes of ordering meeting all meal options requested. Also the food was great regular fries well seasoned, chicken tenders tender and crispy in every bite, and the pizza gave me deep dish vibes...just delicious. I think Brandon did an amazing job asking the right questions and being generous with his time and service. Brandon definitely set the standard of great hospitality to the point I didnt hesitate to ask a question or speak up if I needed something. He took off the stress of managing the moving parts of feeding 6 kids and 3 adults. We will for sure be back...

  We have tried to use Main Event Gilbert through the **Kids Bowl Free** program twice this summer, and both attempts have been disappointing. On our first visit, the wait was several hours long, making the program essentially unusable for families with young children. Today (7/17), we arrived before opening and were **6th in line when the doors opened at 10:00 AM**. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, we were finally informed that **Kids Bowl Free wouldn't be available until 2:00 PM or later** because the facility had been rented by a local school district. The frustrating part is that **this information was never posted on Main Event's website or in the Kids Bowl Free app**. Had we known, we wouldn't have spent our morning driving there and waiting in line. The only option we were offered was to pay for shoe rental in the morning, leave, return at 2:00 PM, and then expect another **60–90 minute wait** for a lane. For a program that's marketed as a family-friendly summer activity, that's simply not realistic. I understand that private events and group rentals happen, but if Main Event chooses to participate in Kids Bowl Free, they should communicate schedule changes and capacity limitations clearly. Updating their website or the Kids Bowl Free app with blackout times or expected delays would save families a lot of wasted time and frustration. Unfortunately, after two unsuccessful attempts, we'll be taking our family elsewhere for bowling this summer.
