- AAAndreaOct 7, 20265.0Overall great experience from the time we walked thru the door. Staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, clean, and not overally crowded. However, we did go around 1 on a Wednesday. So, unsure if that made a difference. We really loved our experience. My family and I will definitely return to this location for sure!
- MMMegan McKnightOct 7, 20265.0We went here tonight for family fun, and left definitely wanting to return! Jazzy, Jensen, and the gentleman at the front who was checking everyone in for bowling (I can't remember his name and I feel awful) were absolutely amazing beyond belief! Whenever we needed something, they completed the task with swiftness. They were all visibility happy to be at work (which can be a struggle for anyone) and they went out of their ways to make our family outting easy. I also have to give a special shout out to the girl with the clown make up! So sweet even though my son was terrified of her, and my son ended up liking her as well! I can't recommend this Main Event enough! And the management was pleased to talk to me when I raved about the staff! 10/10 recommend this for your next family outting!
- KSKyle StehlinOct 6, 20261.0Peyton has no reason to ever be behind a bar. Both drinks were incorrect. I mean not even close to what we ordered. Notified the relief bartender about the mistakes. Nothing was done or offered. Then the total charge was incorrect. Tipped himself an incorrect amount. Then the relief, the two guys with beards, couldn't get to us in a timely manner with only 3 people sitting. You all should be embarrassed.
- KRKim RoblesOct 2, 20265.0Went here for a surprise ADULT bday party & it was awesome! Drinks were great, food was 🤌🏼, and soooo many games! Kayci & her team were very attentive & gave great recommendations! They even talked me into doing the human crane 😂 We spent HOURS here & didnt even notice. Definitely recommended!
- CGCraig GuilfordOct 2, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. We came to Main Event in Gilbert and were the only customers sitting at the bar, with only one other occupied table nearby, so this was not a situation where the restaurant was packed or the staff was overwhelmed. We ordered our drinks and food, and somehow our waitress brought us the bill before we had even received our drinks. It then took about 22 minutes just to receive our appetizer. After that, our waitress basically disappeared. She never came back to check on us, offer refills, see how the food was, or ask whether we needed anything else. We eventually had to get a manager just to get a drink refill and our to-go boxes. What makes it even more frustrating is that we were essentially the only people she had to take care of at the bar. There really wasn’t an excuse for being completely ignored. The food wasn’t the issue—the service was absolutely horrible. Getting the check before our drinks, waiting 22 minutes for an appetizer, and then having to track down a manager for basic things like a refill and to-go boxes made this one of the worst service experiences we’ve had in a long time. Extremely disappointing. Zero stars if Google allowed it.
