  Food tasted great but they prioritized online ordered over in house causing our food to be delayed by 40 min then expecting. By about the time we got the food I had to substitute kebab because they ran out. The food was great but it took so long to get.

  Make sure you order 36 hours in advance if you only want to wait 2 hours for your food. (almost joking) I ordered a basic 1 Kabob combo (to go) that took almost 45 minutes. I've recieved faster service from unorganized food trucks while they were driving away. This place either needs a serious process improvement review to figure out how to make more than 1 order at a time or remove the option of ordering at the register and make it a dine in restaurant with a overnight hotel package. To be fair, I'll give 3 stars because at least the food was pretty good.

  This place has the potential to be full 5 star but them constantly running out of koobideh or rice early afternoon after order has been placed and paid for (happened to me twice) is such a let down because that was the main reason I chose to order from there. Other than that, the food quality is great, atmosphere is good and service is alright.

  The Chicken Kabob Plate at Luna Grill in Gilbert was delicious, with tender, flavorful chicken and fresh, well-prepared sides. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion size was satisfying. The gentleman at the cash register was incredibly welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain the menu and answer my questions. Great food and excellent customer service made this a five-star experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

  Just tried Luna Grill for the first time & I am so glad I did! I had the Chicken Kabob Plate with rice & the Mediterranean Salad. It was all delicious! Quality, fresh ingredients and meals made to order. If you're not sure which sauce to order, I recommend the Garlic Feta sauce. SO GOOD! Service was excellent as well. Will definitely return.
