  I got a BLT but the bacon wasn’t heated up. This isn’t the first time this has happened. And I asked if I can use my rewards for a free sandwich and was told no they just rack up to be used. But I had a free sandwich on my account.

  I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the young women who work at this location. I believe their names are Alison and Caitlyn, but incase I’m wrong, this event happened on Sunday 4/19 in the afternoon between 4-4:45pm. There were 3 or 4 ladies working today that made my day! I was coming by to pick up my bday sandwich reward that I placed via the app. I totally overlooked customizing it to be an unwich because I ordered it while I was at work and got distracted. I didn’t realize I had ordered it incorrectly until I arrived home and saw it was made on French bread. I called and asked if they’d be willing to remake it and WITHOUT hesitation and complete kindness they stated that wouldn’t be a problem and to come back by. When I entered the building I offered to pay because it was obviously my mistake and I felt so bad. I think it was Alison who kindly said, hey don’t worry about it it’s no problem, it happens. She had the nicest way about her and made me feel better because I felt terrible that I had put them through all that. Instead of making me feel small and dumb, she handled the situation with such grace, forgiveness and understanding. Please let these fantastic women working at this location at the date and time mentioned above know that I’ll never forget the way I was treated today. It’s so hard to find anymore and I wanted to celebrate ALL of them for being the difference! These ladies deserve a special reward for their actions today for the unmatched level of service provided. Thank you so very much again for being so incredibly kind to someone you just met. It’s actions like these that make the world a better place! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

  I ordered a sandwich for my husband on 3/31/2026 I received a text saying that it was out for delivery at 11:45. The sandwich did not arrive until 12:30 pm. Funny thing is when I called to find out where it was the girl that answered the phone knew my name even before I gave it to her. My husband ate the sandwich and within the hour he was sick. He was sick for 2 days after eating the food. I do not recommend ordering delivery from this place at all!!!!! Then maybe again it was because it was a free sandwich to begin with!!!!!

  I used to recommend. To my coworkers this places , but not anymore I will tell them. Do not go there anymore. Customer service is really poor they are rude. !!! And they are discriminating people what a shame !!!

  WOW 😳 Allison and Charlice made the best dinner for me tonight and their service was out of this world! I will be back again. Thanks for being amazing to me and all the other customers behind me. Give these girls a raise 💪🏼.
