    Love JJ’s our daughter first introduced us to JJ’s in Ames Iowa back in 2001. We loved the food, fresh ingredients and great flavors with well thought out combinations of flavors. We didn’t have a JJ’s in Portland, so we were always looking for a great deli shop to fill a void. We moved to Arizona in 2019 and right away we started visiting the local JJ’s in Gilbert. Consistency, great flavors still all there. Every JJ’s we’ve gone to here and that is 4 stores now have been the same, service, friendliness and commitment to delivering great food to the customer. We are very happy to make JJ’s our deli of choice.

    How is this place going to close at 9pm. But at 8:45 I was refused service.

    I purchased 2 roast beef sandwiches and a blt from this location. The blt was okay but the roast beef sandwiches were pretty back. Bad enough that myself and my son could not eat them. In total I spent $37.09. I completed the survey and was contacted my the store manager. The manager told me that the roast beef was not expired and apologized. She was very nice and offered me $45 in store credit. I explained that I did not want to return and would like a refund. She told me that there is a process and it could take 5 to 8 days if the refund was approved. She told me I would be contacted but as of yet today, 8 days after the purchase, I have not heard from anybody. I contacted the store manager who advised me that a refund would not happen but I could still get the store credit. I would advise everyone who wishes for a great or even a good meal to choose another option. This was a very bad experience followed up by a poor decision by corporate to not return my money. Going forward, Jersey Mike's or Subway will be my choice. Good luck

    Freaky Fast and freaking delicious is exactly right! Seriously the Bootleger add provolone is the BEST of the BEST!!! I ordered and it was ready and beautiful in a minute flat! Every single time I go it's always quick and delicious, I love going to a place that is consistent and delicious!
