  Ordered after 1:00 p.m. today July 23rd 2026. Ordered a Large Watermelon Breeze, 6 mozzarella sticks, and 2 chicken empanadas through the drive-thru. They DIDN'T forget to ask for a TIP, but they DID forget the napkins and the hot sauce THEY recommended for my empanadas. Which tasted dry without the hot sauce.I tipped 10%, but my order still came incomplete. Disappointing.

  The customer service people are untrained and cannot do simple math. My total was 45, and I gave them 50 dollars. But they refused to accept it unless I broke it down to be under 20 dollar bills. I can see Jamba juice is in alignment to make idiocracy real-life. It seriously is not that hard to verify bills or handing back under 5 dollars worth of change.

  I wasn't happy that a tip appears to have been added without being asked. Earlier that day, I ordered the same item and chose to leave a tip myself. Later, I ordered the exact same thing, and the total was higher without anyone asking about a tip. It's not about the amount of money—it's about being given the choice. They usually ask if you'd like to leave a tip, but this time they didn't. It felt dishonest and left a bad impression. They get 2 stars. The Food and shack were good but that just rubbed me the wrong way.
