  Not a great experience. $20 for 2 single scoop cones that came mostly melted. The employee had to put them into cups because the ice cream was so runny. Ice cream should be cold and all the way frozen. I hope owners see this.

  I give them a 0 stars I came in to order a Oreo ice cream cake and I literally asked the lady is a cake because I don't like just ice cream. I want a cake too and ice cream and she said yes it is cake too so I ordered a Oreo ice cream cake and it was $70 so when I picked up the cake and when I got home, I sliced the cake and it was all chunks of icing in the middle taste like sugar a pile of sugar I was putting in my mouth. It was disgusting so I called back the next day to talk to the manager, and they said the manager wasn't in and the manager don't never be in, so I asked her to call the man to let him know that I want my money back because of the cake was nasty and she kept telling me she couldn't get in touch with him so finally I kept calling back that evening and she called him back again and he said he could refund me if the cake wasn't eaten, and I had to take a slice of the cake to see how it taste to see if I like it or not and I can't get my money back if the cake was eating so I was so disappointed I threw the whole cake away. It was disgusting, but that's OK. I will never go there again.

  HANAH IS DOPE FULL OF LIFE AND A WUEEN HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AND SHE IS FUNNY AND HILARIOUS FULL OF ENERGY AND BRIGHT. She knows and done her history and schooled me a little about the company very interesting and intelligent wow. Anyway, good fresh taste lovely experience.
