When we walked into the restaurant, no one was at the counter, we stepped forward and the manager and four employees continued to have a personal conversation. No one looked up or acknowledfed us. After several moments, I was about to leave, but the manager then turned, walked the two steps to the cashier, and addressed us with "what can I get you". Her tone was not rude, just flat. We ordered, the food is consistent, but their customer care was subpar.
