  Really disappointed with my experience. The chicken was nasty and tasted like it wasn’t fresh at all. I’m a huge El Pollo Loco fan, which is why I was really disappointed with this experience. Definitely not what I expected from El Pollo Loco. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  The food was not fresh; even the churros seemed to have been sitting for a while and had an unusual taste.

  I love their chicken. I normally get a family meal to bring home in the evening. When I go there for lunch I like the street tacos, the avocado and chicken tacos and burritos. The chicken avocado salad is very good and low carb. I like the red Pico house salsa it is made fresh in the restaurant and they don't overload it with onions like most pico. My favorite sides are pinto beans and rice. Beans are not refried type. Flavor is great on both. I get the salad side too but it is very boring. The salad is mostly all lettuce with a tiny amount of tortilla strips and some fresh cilantro. Dressing is pretty good. I like to smother the lettuce in the fresh Pico salsa to add a little more flavor. They do a great job with consistency from store to store. The Pico salsa can very from very hot to no heat is the only thing that isn't consistent. I like the fresh healthy food. I highly recommend this chain.

  Staff very friendly and helpful play some most likely clean I didn't go into the bathroom so most of the tables were cleaned usually this restaurant is very clean

  I've been to this location many times before, because I work nearby.. For some reason , they do not know how to serve you hot food... I have sent it back many times because my food is not hot enough.. I decided to give them one more try before I nix them completely.. I just ordered a new quesadilla that their advertising.. It was unbelievably disgusting.. None of the cheese was melted.The chicken was cold.. I honestly couldn't believe they were serving this...I didn't even send it back.I just put it in the garbage because I was on a time limit..I actually took some pictures , but for some reason they didn't come out... I believe it's singled out to this location because I've been to others , and they don't seem to have the same issues as this one.. They also like to close early a lot...I've noticed..
