- APAiden PostellMay 3, 20265.0Einstein Bro. Bagels on Val Vista Drive in Gilbert is my favorite place to get bagels. The staff is always professional, friendly, and welcoming. They greet me by name and often already know what I want to order, which makes me feel like part of the family. They are always encouraging to try different items on the menu. I love the interest they take in me and the care they put into preparing my food. Elijah, the manager, does an excellent job. He is very professional and hardworking. He is always willing to jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. He works hard to make sure customers are served quickly and that the food is made perfectly. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great bagels and outstanding customer service.

The bagels were perfectly toasted crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside and the flavors were just unreal. Everything tasted fresh, like you can tell they really care about what they’re making. If you’re even thinking about trying it, just go. Seriously. Do yourself a favor and check it out—you won’t regret it. Einstein beagles ✨

I was running behind for a meeting and didn’t have time to go to the correct store where the order was, as it was the opposite way. While also working on other things, Elijah understood my circumstances and prioritized my order which allowed me to make it to my meeting in time and actually be the bagels with. Just above and beyond customer service by him as well as the staff. Thank you!
