- FFFarahJun 28, 20262.0I’ve been coming here so much for the past 4 years. The employees are usually really chill and some even recognize me/my order. There’s only one dude that always has zero customer service/social skills. I’m used to him not having any social skills but today he was flat out rude. He doesn’t fit the Dutch bros “vibe” honestly. I don’t know his name but he has brown hair and wears a hat. He’s simply not fit to be at a coffee place like Dutch. I regret tipping today too lol because he doesn’t deserve to share that with the employees who are actually giving good service and a smile!

They're more expensive and are basically the quality you'd get from a prepackaged convenience store purchase, just warmed up. I used to drive to this location because they hadn't changed their pastries and my son, who is on the spectrum, loves the original ones. He legit sees the other menu at some locations and says 'they have the bad chip chop' (chocolate chip muffin top)

She made our day so special when we took our senior dog on his last trip for a pup cup. I can’t thank her enough for that and she went above and beyond when she didn’t need to. Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
