    Hello so today i had a bad experience with one of the customers n baristas so i moved closer to this location juniper and gilbert rd today i went to go get my freebie of a purchase of two drinks so i usually enter through Gilbert but they had it closed n had it exit only problem because last time they had construction going on at gilbert rd and dutch was making harder for traffic to go by so i entered through juniper and go from there n when i got there was already to cars ahead of me car beefing n i was like its not that serious we’re all adults here n no need for this nonsense so people were entering from the other side were theres like buildings n trying to merge on my line so i was like i dnt have a problem so i let this white car go ahead of me no big deal but when it was my turn this lady in a black chevy equinox decided to be petty n didn’t care n push herself in almost hitting my car n i told her 1 n 1 she replied with “idc i was here” n so was the rest of us n we were on the correct line like be fr so I decided to just let it go n she decided to started gossiping with the baristas and told her story her way n i just didn’t feel or the need to say anything like for what. N after that the baristas were checking back n forth with her i wonder why or for what n idk i just had a feeling they were trying to get at me of what ever she had told them or probably me just overthinking things idk but when i get to the window i received this yellow shirt that it wasn’t even on the giveaway and i checked with couple of frnds that aren’t in mesa but in az and they actually got what u guys were promoting on ur site but anyways just please organize better so things like this wont happen or even end bad or worst some peoples are actually crazy for no reason idk if i would keep on going for my giveaways if its going to be this crazy n i had my baby with me that was my actual concern

    Love this place it is the first indoors Dutch Brothers the staff is very friendly and the menu is very nice and friendly for all customers.

    I absolutely love this Dutch bros, the baristas are very welcoming and have a positive attitude. Zoe is one of my favorites, shes always got a smile on her face and happy to service me.
