    Uhhhh can we get drink with that ice??? My medium drink lasted 2 mins with the amount of ice, ridiculous.

    Rude young lady taking orders outside. Then drink was made completely wrong. Won’t be going to this location again.

    Love the set up of this location. Makes order ahead pick ups so much easier!! Kenzie is always fun and upbeat! Great team overall!

    I don’t understand how an order ahead that is placed at 8:04pm is still not ready until 8:19pm at a site that is not busy. I even made a stop at the gas station because in the roughly 10-15 times I have ordered ahead from this location, my drink has been ready on time once. I don’t mind waiting an extra 2-4 minutes for my drink since I don’t live far, but 10 minutes to make a drink at a site that has 3 staff and is not busy, that just doesn’t make any sense to me. Again I placed my order at 8:04 for the quickest pickup time, that was 8:09, my drink was not ready until 8:19.

    May I give zero stars please. The service on 7/24 at around 3:30pm was horrible. I waited in a line that barely moved for 20 -30 mins. Then when I get to the front I am asked to pull forward so that the lady behind me can get her life together because her radiator blew. No problem I do as asked. The order taker proceeds to take the order of the next person behind me. So I yell, “ excuse me I was next.” I am told to circle around to the order ahead line. I then go around and when I get to the window I tell another order taker what happened. She has to stick her head back into the DB and confer with her co workers. She comes out and says she will be right with me but then takes the order of the person behind me. I drove off at that point. Apparently, this Dutch Bros doesn’t like my money. I will never go to this location again even though it is closest to my house. I will drive out the way and go to Black Rock. So please tell me what was the reason for my bad service?
