- RRRoku1 day ago1.0It’s always horrible coming to this location. The short amount of time they’ve been open, they’re always talking up a storm and spend 20 minutes with each car. I love the drinks and don’t want to stop coming but I’m honestly over these people spends HOURS on taking and making an order when the human bean is right down the road and takes a fraction of the time🙄 This is the same review I left for another location however this location has one employee who EVERY single time I come here she’s chatting up a storm and taking light years to get drinks out. I’m over her and I’m over Dutch.

Ordered a mocha freeze and it was frothy and gross. I told the girl in a lonely ghost shirt it wasn’t right she just blank stared at me for enough time it was awkward like how dare I tell her my order is incorrect. She said ok we’ll remake it had us wait then gave me the same messed up drink. I honestly don’t think she remade it and if she did then 2 employees can’t make a simple mocha freeze. Also my daughters palm beach tea was pink purple and didn’t taste correct. Either the kids there don’t care or management doesn’t train correctly but avoid this location…literally the only dutch that the employees weren’t even kind.

He seen the Myst but didnt want the energy portion of it. So she went and made it for him brought it back to the car while still waiting in line. Her service was absolutely amazing. There has been many other times we have been to this location. And all the employees have been amazing! Thank you Dutch team!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
