Only person in line, no engagement and please help me find the soft top. I have been hesitant to go to this one because there never seems to be a line and I pass it all the time. I gave it a chance, even tipped! Three people inside and when I commented,' there isn't much soft top.' I was told 'oh thats standard 2"!!!' There isn't even one inch!

I live in an area where I have about 4 Dutch Bros to choose from (I know blessed) BUT even so I will choose this location over the others EVERY TIME! The drinks are always delicious and the staff is always so welcoming and kind! Emma especially knows me by name and remembers what we had talked about previously to ask about an update! I LOVE THAT! - her attention attention to detail and ability to personalize the visit is why I will always keep coming back! Thank you Dutch and thank you Emma!!

Inconsistency with drinks. Sometimes they taste great sometimes not so great. Depends on who is working. Suggestion to not have the option for pick up. The pick up experience also depends on who is working. Has never been an issue for me to park my car and get out and walk up to pick up, or use the second lane and walk to the door to pick up drinks ordered and paid for on the app. Was told today that customers that order ahead still have to go through the line to pick up drinks. What’s the point in giving that option to order ahead if you still have to wait and go through the line. There was also really dark black hair on the lid of our drinks and surrounding our drinks. Suggestion to have Hair tied back.
