    Stopped by Dutch Bros today and had the absolute best experience, thanks to Rachel! She was so friendly, warm, and welcoming, and her amazing customer service totally made my day. Employees like her are the reason we keep coming back. Give this Rockstar a raise!

    This is the second time I've ordered coffee from this location, and both times my drink was only about 75% full, with the remaining 25% being foam. I regularly order a Kicker at other locations, and the cup is consistently filled as expected. I'm not sure if this is a training issue or a difference in how drinks are prepared at this location, but it's disappointing. For the price of the coffee, I expect to receive a full drink. I hope this can be addressed because I enjoy the brand and would like to keep coming back. UPDATE: Love the AI-generated response—poor form, Dutch Bros. My original review was legitimate customer feedback about receiving an incorrectly prepared drink on multiple visits. Responding with what appears to be a generic AI-generated message only reinforces the concern that customer feedback isn't being taken seriously. Note for Dutch Bros HQ: I shouldn't have to take another step to get this feedback in front of the owner or operator of this location. At a minimum, leadership should be monitoring their reviews, responding personally when a customer raises a legitimate concern, and addressing recurring issues with their team. It takes almost zero effort to automate a response. It takes leadership and accountability to actually listen to customers, investigate the issue, and fix it. I wasn't looking for a canned apology. I was providing feedback because I've had the same issue twice and thought someone responsible for the location would want to know.

    I literally come to this Dutch Bros every single day sometimes even twice a day, which is probably unhealthy 😂 but what can I say 🤷🏻‍♀️ At this point, it’s part of my daily routine. Everyone who works here is always so incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. No matter how busy they are, they’re super fast while still making you feel like they’re genuinely happy to see you. The whole location has such a comforting and inviting energy, and I always leave in a better mood than when I came. I honestly don’t even go to any other Dutch Bros anymore because the experience at this location is just unmatched. My drinks are always made perfectly, the service is consistently amazing, and the employees make it feel like more than just stopping somewhere to grab a coffee. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and that kind of service is hard to find. Definitely my favorite Dutch Bros location, and I’ll probably continue showing up every day or twice a day 😂🩵 100000/10 ‼️‼️‼️HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️
