- CLCindy Little5 days ago1.0Showed up at 4:10 for an early coffee run and they were not open. Website says open at 4am. That’s either poor management or really bad hiring decisions
- AAAshleyJun 21, 20261.0I visit this location regularly, and what I witnessed on Father’s Day was incredibly disappointing. The store was nonstop busy, with a constant flow of customers, yet it appeared that only a couple of employees were working the front and trying to keep everything running. They were clearly overwhelmed, running back and forth, taking orders, making drinks, and doing their best to keep up with the rush. The most frustrating part wasn’t the wait—it was watching the lack of support from management. While employees were visibly struggling to keep up with the volume, there was little to no leadership stepping in to help. A manager’s job is to support their team when things get busy, not leave them to fend for themselves. This isn’t a criticism of the employees. They were working hard, remained professional, and were doing everything they could under difficult circumstances. The problem is the staffing and management decisions that put them in that position in the first place. Good employees can only carry so much before they become burned out. Watching hardworking staff get left to shoulder the entire workload while management failed to lead by example was frustrating as both a customer and an observer. If Dunkin’ wants to keep good employees and provide good service, management needs to do a much better job supporting the people who are actually keeping the store running. ⭐⭐☆☆☆

Unfortunately, my sandwich arrived with that special “charcoal-kissed” flavor because it was burned, and the donuts I did receive weren’t even the ones I ordered. At this point, I’m not sure if I went to Dunkin or signed up for a breakfast mystery box subscription. The only thing that came fast was my disappointment.

Not hard to make a coffee but I guess this location can’t get it right. Been coming to this one for 2 years and for two years I been having issues. Only this location. They need a new manager or corporate needs to come down and straighten things out.
