- TTTori TorresJun 18, 20261.0I've had a variety of experiences at this location, with today being the most unacceptable. I order from this location every Thursday before my son's drum rehearsal. I order the same drinks and snacks every week. I know what they look like and taste like. I order them without whip cream and with oat milk, as I have a dairy allergy. I noticed there was no oreo crumbs right away and the drink tasted different. The sticker on the cup said whip cream was included, despite my ordering it without. I asked about this and was told the drink was made correctly and the sticker was wrong. Well, my stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting tell a different story. This drink was made completely incorrect and when given the opportunity to correct it, the employee said it was fine. Even a refund won't change that I was clear I could not have dairy due to an allergen and now am physically sick because the employee didn't want to remake my drink. This combined with the length of time to make the drinks incorrectly and forgetting my donut order entirely is the final straw for me and this location. There's no excuse for ignoring food allergies.

I think he grunted some kind of statement and my response was what? He again looked at me. I told him I needed two donuts. I'm not sure what he said again. He put the donuts up on the counter. Looked at me and said 3.88. The donuts were mediocre at best. You might want to encourage your staff that they need to speak to the customers.

Usually there are legit pieces of bacon (at every other location I’ve been to). I am pregnant and needed a bit of protein, but I didn’t get that. Waste of time and money.

The food was cold, the bacon was burnt, and there were zero toppings available—basically a “bring your own” situation. With no other cafés nearby, this place has an opportunity, but it’s clearly being wasted. The restaurant was empty, which makes perfect sense. Staff stood around chatting while tables and floors were filthy, and the glass display case was covered in greasy fingerprints. There’s no excuse for that level of neglect. I definitely won’t be back...also another customer was offered Chipotle sauce i was not ..
