Everything seemed to be going smoothly until the end, and then it just had me sitting there in silence and every time I would say hello the AI voice would just come on saying I am finalizing your order. I spent 35 minutes on the phone and I still don’t know at this moment if I ever completed an order. After several repetitions of this I asked the system if the order was complete and it just said thank you for your order and have a nice day. It would not confirm that my order had been completed. And then I asked to connect to the store and it said it was connecting me but never did. This went on for several requests as well to speak to the store, and it never did connect me. So at this moment I don’t even know whether I ordered something or not. Considering driving over to the store in order to figure it out, but it was one of the most frustrating ordering experiences I’ve ever had. Great job Domino’s. Your food is great, but you need to do better.

Every single time we order, the pizza is consistently perfect: hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. What truly sets this location apart, though, is their speed. It’s honestly impressive how quickly they get everything prepared without ever sacrificing quality. But more than anything, it’s the people who make this place exceptional. The staff is consistently kind, friendly, and incredibly considerate, especially with my children. They go out of their way to make our experience positive, and that level of care does not go unnoticed. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, this team stands out in the best possible way. Great food, fast service, and genuinely wonderful people…this Domino’s has absolutely earned our loyalty.
