  I stopped by Chipotle right before closing and had such a great experience thanks to Darien and Kylie. I always ask if they have cilantro-free rice available (I have the cilantro “soap” gene), and it’s usually hit or miss on whether they have it or not. This time they did, but they had already started cleaning and didn’t have a fresh serving spoon up front. Darien went out of their way to take a few extra minutes to make it happen instead of just saying no. Kylie was also super kind and helpful throughout the whole interaction. Really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service at the end of a long shift!

  Mostly I don’t like to give bad review but this was the most dirtiest chipotle ever. All tables were dirty. Glass was very dirty where they give you food. Floor was so dirty like they never mop.

  Extremely disappointed with the service and food quality at this location. They were completely out of white rice and told me it would be a 30-minute wait. I tried the brown rice instead, but it was undercooked and hard. Even after they brought out a "fresh" batch, it was still crunchy. When I asked the cook if it was supposed to be that hard, he just said, "I don’t know," which is completely unacceptable. The communication was non-existent—the cooks didn't even tell the drive-thru worker they were out of rice, leading to total confusion. To top it off, the lettuce they finally served me looked unappealing and old. The whole staff seemed lost. Save your time and go elsewhere.   I came on 2 days (4/ 28 and 4/30/2026) around 1:30pm. Both times the restaurant wasn't crazy busy, but it was dirty. Tables weren't wiped down, the garbage was overflowing, and napkins weren't stocked. I wanted to order the burrito bowl with regular chicken, but they were out on 4/30/2026 and it would be another 10 - 15 minutes before it was ready. This tells me there may be a planning / workflow problem. As an alternative, I chose the Honey Chicken, but it was really really spicey and I only was able to eat some of it. Disappointing experience. :(

  I had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Jose—seriously top-tier customer service. I was going through the mobile drive-thru lane and realized I forgot to order an item (classic rushed moment). Instead of making it complicated or turning me away, Jose stepped in and handled it seamlessly. He walked me through placing the order online right there and then went above and beyond by getting it made immediately so I didn’t have to wait or circle back. No attitude, no hassle—just solutions and a great attitude. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, Jose absolutely delivered. Efficient, helpful, and clearly cares about the customer experience. Chipotle needs more people like him. 10/10 experience—thank you, Jose!
