  As someone who usually goes to Chipotle at least twice a month across various locations for the last 1+ years, i usually have no problem with the food quality or service. EXCEPT FOR THIS PLACE. I usually order a bowl with half chicken, half steak and pay around $12 for a bowl. Coming to this location for the first time, I ordered what I usually get, except on my receipt I am charged for "extra chicken" and have to pay $4 extra. The girl making my bowl even said to the cashier, "it's a half steak half chicken bowl". ???. If this is a new change in policy to charge extra for half protein scoops, the girl who made my order should have stated so and outlined the charges. Keep in mind she also tried to upsell me on my entire bowl, such as guac, but did NOT mention the potential upcharge on guac either. If i was a new customer, I would not have known any better and paid $20 for a bowl. Absolutely vile, scammy selling tactics. Do better.

  Aiden and Tyler are the goats! the bowl was a work of art and they were very professional and courteous. will be visiting this location and recommending to family and friends

  I love chipotle usually!!! However this location is not very good and the SERVICE is horrible they are rude and disrespectful to customers ( not all employees) but the ones in there today are I went in at 2:45pm and the girl scooping the rice and old beans was aggressively rude. I made a comment the beans looked dry she got offended like she made them. Then she made comments under her breath and then started ignoring me as I was trying to finish my order. Also they serve old meat that should be thrown away the chicken we ordered was OLD. They charge so much to serve old food. I’m highly disappointed. I suggest going to the one on Gilbert Rd least there they have good customer service!!!

  Chipotle seems like a healthier fast-food option, but unfortunately it just doesn’t agree with my stomach. Every time I eat there, I end up feeling unsettled afterward. The ingredients appear fresh, and I can see why many people enjoy it, but I also find the food a bit spicier than I prefer. The prices have climbed over the years as well, making it feel a little expensive for what you get. While it may be a great fit for others, it just hasn’t been the best choice for me personally.

  OMG. My wife and eat here at least two or three times a week and we love love love the food and the staff is fantastic. We vote them all raises and bonuses at the end of the year. If you’re tired of just regular old chipotle stop going where you’re going and come to this place. Store number 4406. And oh yeah. They have a drive-through. Heehaa!
