  This CMG locationat Santana needs serious attention for food hygiene and cleanliness of the sitting area. Today I observed that rookie employees don't keep the counter where they make burritos clean. They even put the lettuce that was on the counter back to the lettuce bin. Seats were dirty, see the picture. CMG is one of the go-to restaurants for vegetarians like me, appreciate if someone can act on my review asap.

  Terrible experience. The employee who helped us was very rude and seemed upset about taking orders, especially after a larger group came in, even though it was still 45 minutes before closing. He was disrespectful in front of my teen daughter. The food was cold, tasted old, and the portions were very small. Based on other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue at this Chipotle.

  Never again will we come to this Chipotle. The worker who helped us was rude from the beginning, and the food was cold. The chicken was hard and dry, and the rice was undercooked and hard as well. Really disappointing, especially considering it’s not cheap to eat there.

  This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle and I've been to a fair amount of them. First off, upon walking in, we noticed a group of teens talking back and forth to an employee making the to go orders. This probably should have been our first sign. We ordered some queso and chips (forgot to add it to our online order) and sat down waiting for our actual order which we placed through the app. While waiting, we observed this employee be distracted multiple times by these other teens, his friend apparently. We observed some food being passed from him to them during this too, assuming it was given free. At one point one of the teens even walked up and put his phone right up to the employees face! While we was actively working on our order. Then he said ours was up, and when my girlfriend asked him if the extra rice was there, he said yes. Well, surprise surprise, it wasn't. But what also wasn't there was THE MEAT IN MY TACOS! I literally got TACOS WITH NO MEAT IN THEM. This is completely unacceptable behaviour from the way the employee handled himself, to him completely messing up our order. We also ordered a bowl and it literally looks half full. There's no excuse for this especially after it's a well known issue that's come up with Chipotle recently about portions. But hey, at least he actually got some meat in his bowl. Unbelievable. It's 9 o'clock at night and I have no time to go back and deal with this. This entire order should honestly be refunded at the very least. I'm extremely disappointed and so is my family who had missing food or half portions.

  My little brother came in to get food for my mom. He got the wrong thing I guess or the employees misunderstood. Cost $17. I car back and waited in line for 15 mins. Tried to explain situation to employees. The first one just started taking the next persons order. Second guy just told me the total in the middle of my sentence so I just gave up. I should’ve been more emphatic I guess. Payed 6.50 for a half-full thing of queso on top of the 17 wasted. I work in customer service and we always comp food when this kind of situation happens and are apologetic. The employees here are too baked and or rude to care.
