  It’s so annoying when the guy making your food doesn’t say a single word to you. No hello, no acknowledgement of anything you say. Just stands there with a blank stare looking like they hate their life. I swear it was like he was trying to look as lazy as possible when putting my food in the bowl. I’d call the guy out by name but of course he didn’t have a name tag. I mean don’t you guys do any training or use secret shoppers? I’d be so embarrassed if I ever had an employee like that.

  Every time I come here they’re out of sodas and when I let them know they tell me they can’t refill it. No signs saying they’re out so I buy the drink and have to wait for a refund. They just don’t want to change the sodas out. Also, the seats are extremely filthy and homeless people sit for hours. See picture. It’s probably the worst location in Gilbert always an unpleasant experience.

  These companies are destroying our society so slowly. No one is happy, they can’t even fake it. Manager handed out free sodas to a group of seven kids who just waltzed in and stood in front of the register. So I guess that’s a regular thing. But corporate could care less about us customers.

  This CMG locationat Santana needs serious attention for food hygiene and cleanliness of the sitting area. Today I observed that rookie employees don't keep the counter where they make burritos clean. They even put the lettuce that was on the counter back to the lettuce bin. Seats were dirty, see the picture. CMG is one of the go-to restaurants for vegetarians like me, appreciate if someone can act on my review asap.

  This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle and I've been to a fair amount of them. First off, upon walking in, we noticed a group of teens talking back and forth to an employee making the to go orders. This probably should have been our first sign. We ordered some queso and chips (forgot to add it to our online order) and sat down waiting for our actual order which we placed through the app. While waiting, we observed this employee be distracted multiple times by these other teens, his friend apparently. We observed some food being passed from him to them during this too, assuming it was given free. At one point one of the teens even walked up and put his phone right up to the employees face! While we was actively working on our order. Then he said ours was up, and when my girlfriend asked him if the extra rice was there, he said yes. Well, surprise surprise, it wasn't. But what also wasn't there was THE MEAT IN MY TACOS! I literally got TACOS WITH NO MEAT IN THEM. This is completely unacceptable behaviour from the way the employee handled himself, to him completely messing up our order. We also ordered a bowl and it literally looks half full. There's no excuse for this especially after it's a well known issue that's come up with Chipotle recently about portions. But hey, at least he actually got some meat in his bowl. Unbelievable. It's 9 o'clock at night and I have no time to go back and deal with this. This entire order should honestly be refunded at the very least. I'm extremely disappointed and so is my family who had missing food or half portions.
