  I ordered a bowl with brown rice 2 times for pickup, and both the times I got white rice instead the second time the veggies were burnt a bit, Probably not coming back

  Some personal to bad..no smile..and They look exhausted while preparing the food—I know it’s tiring work, but they should still put on a better face; it is their job, after all—customer service. Also, the food was extremely spicy—I don't eat chili—and they really ought to give a warning. On top of that, I ordered three barbacoa tacos and the employee barely put any meat in them; I had to ask her to add more. They charge high prices, so getting so little meat isn't right. I don't think I'll want to buy from that restaurant anymore

  My best friend and I decided to eat at this chipotle on May 25th around 11am. While I enjoy Chipotle's food, I was frustrated and disturbed by this location's staff. When I went to check out, I told the cashier that I had a coupon for a buy one get one. She said ok, rang me up, I paid, and then afterwards asked me if I wanted to use the coupon because she didn't apply it. I nicely told her that I had wanted to use it which is why I had brought it to her attention. I showed her the email that I had and she said she thought I needed to have it in the app, so she confirmed with her manager. The manager came over and said I did need to have it via an app. I downloaded the app while the manager refunded my transaction, so she could scan the coupon. She refunded my money and scanned the coupon and everything was resolved. Upon returning to my seat, I realized I hadn't gotten my bag of large chips I had ordered, so I got back up and walked to the front. When I arrived there, I heard some giggling to the side, so i looked and saw one of the employees had crawled on top of the food serving area where they make the online orders and was standing on that area so she could get some cup and lid sleeves from the top of that area. The girl noticed me staring at her, smiled at me, grabbed what she needed, and then got down. I used to work in food and that was a huge violation and disgusting. I told the manager about not getting my large chips. She quickly grabbed a bag and gave it to me. I told my friend what I witnessed and decided we would never eat at this location again. Also, while we ate there for about an hour and a half, the eating area was only wiped and cleaned down once as we were leaving. In the middle of a lunch rush, that area should have been tended to more than that since people were leaving their garbage behind on tables and for cleanliness in general.

  This is by far the best Chipotle location. The food is consistently good, my orders are always correct and the staff are friendly and efficient. I drive out of my way to this store because it is far better than the locations by my house.
