  He put about half the portion of chicken. If we go to chipotle it's because is supposed to be healthy and balanced food, but by loading it with (undercooked) rice and half the chicken portion, I don't see why we consider it a healthy option. Please update your protein stats or do the right portions per plate.

  I always enjoy Chipolta, it is one of my go-to's. I have been recently ordering Sofrita tacos and have had them at three different locations now. I have some advice for this location on Staply, dont pack hard shell tacos in paper and foil to go, keep them in the cardboard carton. The tacos sit on top of one another when you wrap them in paper and foil, buy the time you get them to your destination, the tacos are completely saturated. This doesnt happen as bad when you keep pack them in the traditional cardboard to-go container. I would assume you're trying to save money, but all you're doing is potentially losing a customer. Tip of the day. Otherwise, great staff and service!! Thanks

  Tried this Chipotle location again only because my kids school was doing a fundraiser. Horrible! The worst service by employees ever. Not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. Did an online order. I knew they would be busy so even went 10 min after the time they said my order would be ready. Nothing waiting at the pick up counter. Couldn't get anyone to help and when I finally asked if the order was ready the girl kind of looked but then ignored me. Still waiting 20 min later and another asks me the name. Grabbed my order that was sitting behind them on the counter. IT WAS SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME! Not even a sorry or anything. Then in top of that get home. Food completely cold and the way they packed it was a nightmare. Paid for an adult quesadilla..$10 bucks for a piece of crap that had green stuff on the cheese. Never ever going to this location again. Do Better Chipotle!!

  I go here on the regular, the customers are always so welcoming and personable. Sammie at the front is especially super awesome and makes sure my burrito order gets done right. Whoever was at front on Monday 6pm shift on Sep 15th deserves a raise🙌

  Generally good, but we've definitely had some issues with food quality and timeliness. 1.) rice is often under done and hard. Fajita veggies can range from just barely warmed, to burnt to nothing but carbon. 2.) salsa/sauces are only half filled, at best. Especially when paying extra, it should be full. Every time. 3.) recently had to wait over 20 minutes past the pickup time for my order. Me and 2 others came in for online orders which all weren't ready. On top of that, they weren't handled in the order received. I was first in and last out. Online. Orders should be given the same respect that a walk-in customer receives.
