    I decided to stop eating chipotle and today (9:20pm) I gave them another chance but yet again I was let down no chicken or guac previously no steak. They never have anything very disappointing

    Ordered a steak bowl and they must have filled the tub with only gristle and fat. Also they were out of several ingredient options and didn't offer any solution. This was during a slow time of the day too. Will not be coming back.

    This location is by far the best I've been to. I exclusively order online and they kill it every time. Order is always complete and correct and on time and the portions are perfecttt. Actually feel like I get my moneys worth and then some every single time!

    Horrible experience. Came in 40 min before closing. No beef, no fresh guacamole, no fajitas. Employee was cleaning out the counters and taking food containers away from heated elements and cleaning with a dirty towel. Very disappointing.
