  Might have been the worse Chipotle, and they either had a low staffing issue, or, something else. They were low/out of ingredients, so, nobody was in the back cooking and rotating the food as they were getting low. My burrito wasn’t rolled well, fell apart easily, so I just grabbed a fork and ate it like a floppy burrito salad, and the chicken didn’t have much flavor at all. The place itself seemed pretty disgusting. Food left on tables from previous customers(who should clean up after themselves, I don’t fully blame the employees), and the bathroom wasn’t that clean either. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, and it wasn’t enough for me to want my money back, but, compared to other Chipotles I’ve been do, yeah, definitely could have been better

  I’m not sure what was going on today, but unfortunately the customer service at this location was disappointing. I simply asked for a side of vinaigrette, and the response I received was, “Anything else?” in a noticeably irritated tone. When she handed it to me, I said thank you, and she responded with “Yeah” while continuing to do what she was doing. I understand that she was training someone and may have been frustrated or having a difficult day, so I tried not to take it personally. However, there’s still a way to treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism. A simple request shouldn’t be met with an attitude. I believe her name was Isabella. I read it on the receipt. Hopefully management can use this as an opportunity to remind staff that good customer service and a friendly attitude go a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

  Very disappointed with this Chipotle visit My bowl had almost no flavor, the portions were skimpy, and there were barely any toppings. Everything tasted bland and honestly pretty disgusting. The workers were in such a rush just throwing everything in the bowl all sloppy. The restaurant itself was also dirty and not well maintained. There seemed to be plenty of staff working, so there’s really no excuse for the lack of cleanliness and poor food quality. Definitely not worth the money

  Went in on a busy night. Staff was incredibly rude and made my food wrong. Was out of rice by the time I got to order, staff was very off putting and rude. Ya'll running out of ingredients isn't the customers problem. Won't be back

  I absolutely love the people that work here I order from here at least once a week (embarrassing lol) One of the workers that I really appreciate is Sammy every time I come in there, she knows my order and she greets me by my name. She is such a nice person and a great worker. All the people on that team are very kind and very sweet. I was having problems with this location at first, but they have really changed my view on this location and now I will exclusively go to this location because of the service and the quality of the food.
