  The pickup experience was really frustrating. I placed my order ahead of time and arrived about 20 minutes after ordering, expecting it to be ready. Instead, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because my order wasn’t even started?

  I order ahead on the Chipotle app from this location most Thursdays and schedule pick up at the Chipotlane window. Today, when I arrived, there was a car stopped in front of the pick up window. 5 minutes later, it was still there. 20 minutes later it was still there, and a line of 8 cars had formed all the way behind me. 30 minutes later, the car in front of me finally leaves and I pulled up to the window. The young woman asked for my name, however, no acknowledgment, let alone an apology, for the 30 minute wait. When she handed me my bag of food, I asked her to explain why I had to wait 30 minutes to pick up my order. She said the car in front of me was picking up a catering order. I pointed to all the orders sitting on the shelf in front of her and said, “Someone couldn’t run outside and hand out all those orders?” She said the restaurant was busy because they were offering a BOGO promotion. I told her that was too bad, because I will never return to this location ever again. She didn’t seem to care. There’s no excuse for the staff to allow a car to sit in front of the Chipotlane pick up window for 30 minutes, blocking everyone from picking up their order. The employee should have asked the driver of that vehicle to pull over to a parking spot and wait for their order to be brought out to them. The fact that this employee greeted me with “What’s the name on the order?” rather than “I apologize for the long wait” was very telling. This location needs a serious customer service training session.

  Had an awesome experience at Chipotle! The food was fresh, the service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Ariel was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience better. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about making customers feel welcome. Great food and even better service!

  This is the worst Chipotle I have ever seen. Horrible customer service and pickup experience. Ordered food here for pickup through the app. There is a reason why the app asks for the pickup time. The pickup time was 8.20pm. I reached there at 9pm, asked for my food and they said they will start preparing. It was a simple burrito bowl, nothing fancy which needs some extra preparation. Waited until 9.30 and finally got my food. It does not take 30 minutes to prepare a burrito bowl. It was a weekday, I ordered for a specific time and food needs to be ready by then. On top of that, they gave Chicken instead of Fajita veggies with my order. People here doesn’t want to work. Please close this location. Ordered multiple times from this location and every time it’s the same experience.
