The layout is terrible, the lack of a lobby is moronic, no one wants to get out of their car to order at the window so drive thru backs up into the regular flow of traffic for other businesses, least friendly staff of any of the other local Chick fil a's, always a wait with the order and a wait to even be acknowledged by staff. I have probably picked up close to 100 Chick fil a orders doing Doordash at various locations and would rather pick up from the one in the mall where I have to park and walk a quarter mile and go upstairs over this place because at least there I can get friendly staff and stand in the A/c. The blonde manager was giving me attitude and arguing with me saying she couldn't give me the order bc "the corporate system is acting up" and it was showing the order hasn't been paid. How did I get the offer when it's not paid? Her response was to "just stand there and wait until the payment goes through and I'll keep checking it". Ah yes, that's what I want to do. It's currently 110* outside and your misters aren't on for the pickup window and some moron made the pickup south facing so you get sun ALL DAY. The customer cancelled the order causing you to lose money, me to lose money, and my time wasted. The Power and Mckellips location is amazing. All young kids working there who say "my pleasure" in response to everything and do it with a smile and it has an actual lobby with a bucket of mints. This place? They just say "I need you to confirm the order" before handing it to you and that's about as much as they will talk to you. This location should never have been built here but corporate greed always wins over common sense

Ready for the typical ridiculous wait times I have encountered at other locations. It was a breeze. The line was long, but seriously productive. Prompt service by efficient staff, food was packaged perfectly and was piping hot. When I got home, the food was still warm and delicious. Based on today’s experience, I’d give this particular Chick Fil a location Store of the Year.
