  My grandma and I just ordered from here today and rude employees we came when I wasn’t that busy so my grandma stoped at the bigger menu signage and the workers kept telling my grandmother she needed to scoot up and the girl said she can see the menu that she has with her and my grandmother told the worker again she can’t see that menu and wanted to look real quick at the bigger sign cause the words are to small that they have and another worker yelled behind and told her again to pull up and use what they had they were so rude then we got to the front they barley acknowledged us gave us the wrong item and then acted rude like it was our fault and then the other worker dropped the bag in car even when my grandmother tried to grab it awful customer service

  I love Chick-fil-A but this location put a bad taste in my mouth. Why have 2 lanes one for drive thru and one for mobile orders then merge everyone into one and because I moved over I was punished for it even though my food was ready they parked me and handed everyone else their meal while mine was delivered cold if I'm paying 15 dollars for a meal your customer service should be amazing. The one located on dobson and Rio Salado is amazing with customer service . Only reason I stopped at this location on baseline and Higley because my son was in the hospital

  Don't like the outdoor seating. It was windy and everything was blowing away at our table. Very irritating. Lots ov loud traffic. Forgot the sauce, got order wrong. Place was dirty from the bathroom to the order window and counter. 4 employees standing around by our table doing nothing and getting paid, talking loud. Will not return. Reporting to corporate about filth even on the ordrring monitors. Don't trust the cleanliness of this place.

  I usually don't leave reviews — and never negative ones — but I have to this time. The food is good. But the mobile order pickup? Before writing this, I checked other reviews to make sure I wasn't alone. I'm not. This is the third time at the same location. Today, I placed my order on the app at less 20 minutes ahead. When I arrived, they told me there would be a wait — it is understandable. But then I watched people who arrived at the same time as me — or even after me, ordering at the window — get their food and leave. I ended up being the very last person to get my order. So I have to ask — why did I even bother ordering ahead on the app? Last time, I tried the Mobile thru for pickup. Same problem. Mobile orders and drive-thru orders merge at the pickup point with no one directing traffic. I got stuck while every single drive-thru order around me got their food and left. A kind stranger finally let me cut through so I could get to the food I had ordered 30 minutes earlier.

  Typically never have any issues here. We usually do mobile through, it’s so convenient and fast. Today I ordered a sandwich for curb side pick up, the top bun was somewhat burnt and hard. I just tossed it to the side and ate the rest. Still tasted good.
