I just went there for lunch with my kids because they wanted some good Italian food. It has been over 5 years since I’ve eaten at Brio and I remember it being so good in the past. Everything we ate today looked and tasted like it was microwaved. No real chef/cook preparing the food fresh. I’m almost certain that the chicken breast was previously frozen and just reheated. Even my kids who had pasta dishes (Alfredo) said that it was not restaurant quality.
For the prices, I expect more.
Our server was friendly enough. So not complaining about the service.
No idea why anyone would pay those prices for that quality. Maybe the fact that there was only 2 other tables at lunch time should have been a clue for us.

Went to Brio for our 3:30pm reservation. The host said they were behind so it would take 15 extra minutes. No problems. Half hour later they tried to sit our party of six at a 4 top. When they saw that wasn’t going to work they said “give us 5 minutes”. 15 minutes later we sat.
Another 15 minutes go by and the waiter asks for drinks. 3 of our party order a bottle of wine. Two others wanted separate drinks: he took the wine order and took off.
Later he took the other orders and our dinner order.
At 5:30 we asked where our appetizer was. It was obvious he hadn’t put it in. We got it it shortly after.
At 5:45, over two hours after our reservation we got our food.
3 shrimp on the shrimp spaghetti dish. The sausage arrabiata had rigatoni and about 3 tablespoons of sauce. Very disappointing for the price
The restaurant was overbooked, understaffed and hot inside. They had the doors open (it was 108 out). Flies everywhere. The staff had been run ragged.
Needless to say we were disappointed

Didn’t realize if I wanted to have Mother’s Day ruined, all we had to do was decide to eat here. Had a reservation for 2:30 and didn’t end up being sat until 3:30. Frustrating because hostess stand kept saying different things every time you would ask and were the opposite of friendly.
Food was mid at best. Filet was so hard you could barely cut through. Waitress said she was “doing her best”, yet we had to ask for things 2-3 times and she was chit chatting with other servers while we were waiting on things like silverware to eat our app.
At one point I ordered a drink that tasted like cleaning solution. No manager in sight or doing anything to smooth things over. 0/10 and will never be going back. Advice - for the price you have so many better options. Go anywhere but here.

had a reservation at 4:15, waited an hour and watched people arrive after us and get seated before us with later reservations. Kept being told we were 1st people to get seated and then when we checked in 20 minutes later we were told that we were 2nd to get seated. After an hour and some hostess being swapped we finally got sat and were sat at a 4 person table as a 5 person party, which we were fine with, but why couldn’t that have happened an hour ago. Seeing as three separate parties of 4 were sat before us even though they came in after us. Felt like no one was attending us until one hostess with red hair took action. Service was a little slow but that is warranted on a busy holiday and waitress did as best as she could. Just upset about having a reservation and not getting sat even near at that time. Reservations were not handled well. Food mid.
Went there for Thanksgiving. Seated promptly, but tablecloth had sauce stains on it (where the cloth folds down and end up on your lap), so asked for a new one. They replaced it. I could see similar sauce on the tablecloth on the table next to us as well, I told the staff, they did not change it.
I had been there many years a go and the place was pristine. Not a bulb out, the decor in-place, everything looked great, like care was given. Coming back after many years, the place is run-down.
Service was good. Very attentive server and he took care of us well.
Food? A big meh. We mostly got the turkey dinners and they were served cool. The sausage stuffing had no sausage. The gravy was limited. And the turkey tasted like Marie Callenders or Swansons. We paid a decent amount considering four people, dinners, appetizer and wine. But, in hindsight, it wasn't worth it.
Not going back anytime soon.
