I decided to do a online order for a large pizza and a spaghetti kids meal with meatball… As little as it may seem, There’s nothing like having your mouth set on something and get home and it’s not there. I got the spaghetti, NO meatball! So immediately I called, I could hear It in her voice it was almost like my complaint for the meatball missing was not a big deal as if I Shouldn’t have called. She asked me what I wanted to do come back or get a refund, Since it took everything in me to drive down there in the first place, I decided to get a refund, or I mentioned maybe they can just remake the spaghetti meal with the meatball correctly the next time for me, But she just refunded the meatball lol, I thought that was funny because who does that if you mess an order up, you just replace the order especially something as small as a $5.99 Kids meal! Ultimately, I still didn’t get what I had my mouth set on, which was spaghetti and meatball, but I got a $1 and change back! SMH My pizza was good however
