- JPJames PikeMay 3, 20261.0I have been a long time patron to this Barros. Tonight 05/03/2026 my food was exceptionally late. I called in the first time at an hour and 15 minutes from time of order and Ashley told me my food was on the road. (My home is a 5 minute drive from this location) 30 minutes later I call back as my food is still not there and this time Ashley was rude and disrespectful and took no accountability. She said her manager is Devin and I am hoping I get a call from the manager to salvage the patron relationship. With the current staff and the lack of respect for those that pay your check, I won't be spending another dollar on this place!

I called in Sunday 04/19/2026 1:00 pm and the girl that answered the phone seemed like she almost didn’t want to take the order. I asked her what specials they have and she kind of rudely said it’s the same specials that we have every day. I almost wanted to hang up, but my kids love the pizza and wings from Barros so I just brushed it off and ordered we also had people over, spending $85 if you don’t want be at work don’t work.
