  I’m not one to usually leave reviews but… the customer service of the lady working here today on 7-7-2026 was pretty rude. She ignored me for about 5 minutes then when I asked about the leave the review wheel she sighed looked annoyed and said yeah you can do that, I was a bit put off but I left a 5 star review and ended up getting a brownie. While I waited for my brownie I witnessed her raising her voice at customers and getting short with them. I know one of the customers that came in and he after asking for his order approached me and said “well ain’t she pleasant” in a sarcastic tone. I work in the food industry and my father worked in the pizza industry for years and I know how stressful it can get, I truly understand it. I even told her like take your time I get how stressful it can be and she basically just ignored me. I don’t know what she’s going through but she doesn’t know what any of us customers are going through either. It doesn’t matter how stressful it can become you never talk to customers the way she did. I don’t know her name as she wasn’t wearing a name tag and I could barely get her attention for more then 2 seconds to even have the chance to ask. On the other hand the boy working with her was super nice and respectful and was handling the rush like a champ! Shout outs to him fr. Anyway in conclusion, I simply never think it’s acceptable to talk to customers in that way and I think it needs to be addressed.

  just horrible… they close at 11 and i ordered a personal pizza at 10pm… thought that was reasonable but i guess not! they locked the doors 15 min before close and refused to let my ubereats driver inside, he sent me pics and everything and a video of the workers clearly ignoring him…. do better 😑

  Ordered here for lunch many times I get the jr extra pepperoni and the honey BBQ wings I have a special request 6 slices 2 pepperoni each slice that's 12 pepperoni the worker told me he can't do that because he can only put a certain amount of pepperoni on the pizza I understand that but I ordered extra and only got 8 so if I didn't get extra I would have only gotten 4 pepperoni I normally get 6 I order extra or double that would be 12 it's petty but they give me 12 pepperoni every other time I have ordered but this time it's an issue on top of that my wings are barely sauced it's terrible

  Josh is the best with customer service. Thank you for serving my family and I our lunch 5 star Pizza Hut!! I recommend anyone who’s out here for vacation to order from here
