  We went here because they had a food truck outside the Phoenix fan fusion event but the food was not worth it. They made a sandwich which was $20 and had almost no meat in it. And mostly liquidy slaw. I know you prob won’t scale back the portions for fan fusion but there’s no need to make your portions different just because that’s what every other vendor is doing at the fan fusion. Really disappointed because now I have no motivation to actually visit your main location.

  Just came in to get brisket to go. They told me that they were out of brisket. Are you kidding me right now????? A barbecue place is out of brisket???? What a joke!!!!

  First and last time eating here. After I placed my order I asked the bartender if I need to order barbaque sauce. She said it cones with the meal. I then asked the guy when he handed me my order if there is sauce in the bag. He said yes it was in the box. When we got to our destination there was not a single pack of barbecue sauce. We tried to eat the sandwiches but they were bone dry. With a sauce it was awful. I left a voicemail. There there was no response. Obviously they don’t care about customer satisfaction. As a side note, the bananas in the pudding were pitch black. At last the coleslaw was good. I will now spread the word and warn my friends to go elsewhere. I will dispute with my credit card company next.
