⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was excellent. Xavier did a great job making sure everything was taken care of and that we had a good experience. You can tell he cares about customer service and making customers happy. Definitely appreciate the great service and will be coming back again!

This is the place where I grew up many memories of my football team having fun times here. I love the food and the people.

Every time I come in it takes way too long to take my order. This time it took so long that I had enough time to actually download the app and set up an account while waiting at the counter, I then tried to figure out how to order a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 works pizza. Before I could decypher that task, someone finally came out to the counter to take orders from the 15 or so people standing around behind me. I assume most of them were smarter than me and had ordered ahead or mastered the app and were just there to pick up. You really should have a person available to take orders at all times. Waiting 30 minutes to pick up a pizza is no big deal, but waiting nearly that long to order is bad for business. One more thing, posting a QR code at the counter to solicit reviews when service is bad isn't the best plan either. The wheel to spin after giving a review and is an ok idea IF there was someone there to see you spin it and to give out the "prize". Don't get me wrong, I like your pizza, but if my family weren't expecting me to bring a pizza home tonight, I would have walked out without ordering.

Pizza Hut in Fort Mohave A.Z. Is a joke. I called to place an order and the guy who took my order said my card wouldn’t go through so I gave him another card and again he said it wouldn’t go through. I feel that I was scammed. I tried calling the store to talk to someone and it to a busy signal and then hung up on me, this happened numerous of times. I will not order pizza from them ever again and I will get a hold of corporate and make a formal complaint. Hell I couldn’t even order a pizza on line because when I tried to getvit to go for delivery or wouldn’t go through.
