  I tried to order food there. I had to get out of my jeep to push the button to start the process. The speaker quality was bad, so I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND what the employee was saying. This company always has substandard quality speakers, so I should have just driven past. Sonic is an outdated business model, with consistently bad speakers. They should give up, and let a competent company take their place.

  Ordered drinks thru the mobile app, waiting for 15 minutes while employees were screwing around looking out the window and scrolling through their phones, wasn’t busy at all there’s no excuse for such horrible service. Left without my order. Owners need to stop letting teenagers run their establishments, no wonder your ratings are a low 3 star
