- ANAshley N3 days ago2.0Inside of the store is nice. After the renovations a few years ago, very clean and produce has been much better quality. As for pickup orders, very disappointing. We have had horrible trouble with them either giving our order to other people or missing half or part of our order 3 or 4 times now, making us have to go back to pick up what they left behind or gave away later in the day. This last time is the only time they have done anything to compensate us ($25 gift card). Other times just a sorry and come get your stuff. Staff are polite but will not be doing pickup unless I absolutely have to

I always meet them with happiness & kindness & they’re so bitter, I’ve never transferred my prescriptions so fast. There was one older lady who was nice; It’s always the younger people there who are so nasty to customers- I’m Gen Z too, idk what their problem is! I’d rather drive 35 minutes into Queen Creek to pick up my meds rather than deal with these employees.

I was in today, September 5, looking for an item when Ryan must have noticed me scratching my head. He asked if I was finding what I was looking for. When I told him what I needed, he personally walked me to the right location and showed me the item on the shelf. That’s customer service! I really appreciated Ryan taking the time to help me.
