  The prices are high because they are the only game in town. I never buy.anything from their deli becauae they use cheap containers, and the lids come off easily. I have mentioned this several times, but they don't care.

  I have been doing drive up and go for a couple of months now due to having small children so the pick up and go is much easier. The employees are very rude, I’ve let the other times slide but today I decided to write a review because it’s different employees, not just the same one. Today when picking up my grocery order instead of saying “hello, do you have your code?” The employee Madison said “code” not a hello or a hi, nothing but the word code. Then she said “where do you want it” and then didn’t even say goodbye have a great day once finished.

  My experience with this pharmacy has become too frustrating to ignore. I have a prescription that cannot be automatically refilled, so I have to call the pharmacy each time I need it. On Friday, I called several times but could never get through. The automated system repeatedly told me that a pharmacist would be available in a certain number of minutes and instructed me to call back. I did exactly that, but each time I called back, the wait time changed instead of improving. At one point it said zero minutes, then later it increased again. I also called the main Safeway store and was transferred directly to the pharmacy, where no one answered. The voicemail box was full, so I couldn’t even leave a message. The pharmacy was closed the following day, leaving me unable to refill my medication. When I finally reached the pharmacy today, I politely explained what had happened. The pharmacist completely ignored everything I said. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, and no indication that he even heard my concerns. He simply moved on as if I hadn’t spoken. It was one of the rudest customer service interactions I have experienced. I understand pharmacies are busy, and I appreciate the important work they do. However, patients rely on timely access to their medications, and basic communication and courtesy should be expected. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this pharmacy, and because it is the only local option, many of us don’t have much of a choice. I sincerely hope management addresses both the phone system and the level of customer service being provided. My next call is to corporate.
