- DSDj SMay 3, 20261.0Shop here all the time ,pickup medications etc., My complaint is for the Deli, the workers there are not friendly ,and every time I'm there, it's more than a 10 minute wait! Nobody is standing line at the cold deli meats....and wait and wait... They have an Oriental woman , and a heavy set young man who seem to avoid at all costs to wait on people , they are not attentive, I have to call them to my attention Everytime!! More than once, itsTerrible!

- WBWifeymommy BalliApr 30, 20265.0Hello, spoke with Thomas and he’s one of the best cashiers out there he was very calm and talkative he helped me scan my items and was overall nice and good to me and my husband I enjoyed his attitude and it was great customer service. We see him all the time there and always talk to him we’ve never seen him in a bad attitude, but the deli lady is quite rude I’m not sure who she was but she was rude to us, some of the chicken tasted weird. Good customer service from Thomas helpful as always will be coming back before we leave back home

The biggest issue is the way customers are treated. On several visits, employees in the deli have come across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Simple interactions—like asking a question or placing an order—are met with short, irritated responses that make you feel like you’re bothering them just by being there. I also have concerns about how items are being weighed and priced. There have been instances where the weights didn’t seem accurate, which directly affects what customers are charged. That kind of inconsistency raises serious questions about fairness and trust. I understand that working in retail can be stressful, but that doesn’t justify taking it out on customers. Respectful service and accurate pricing are basic expectations. At this point, I avoid the deli here unless I absolutely have to. Management should take a closer look at both customer service and pricing practices in this department.
