  AVOID THIS LOCATION 2700 S WOODLAND SPRINGS VILLAGE BLVD #400 FLAGSTAFF AZ 86001 Here's our experience We placed an order on the app at 4pm local time scheduled ahead to pick up at 5pm Note the ultimate hut bundle was sold out so we ordered the big hut box. (More to follow later) We arrived at 458pm the lady behind the counter said I'll be with you in a minute 7 minutes later she asks what we want to order I mentioned we ordered on the app & provided our info, she prints the receipt & says our order is being processed THE LOCATIONS CLOCK SAID 440PM ON THE RECEIPT WHEN WE SIGNED IT WAS 505PM So we didn't make a big deal we waited. while waiting there was a shift change & the employees were openly discussing tips By 518pm the 2nd pizza on our order came out & it was wrong so they remade it For the inconvenience they offered us some additional wings my wife said she wanted the boneless BBQ wings I waited a bit to say something because On the app it said they were out of boneless wings which we were up charged on our order to receive bone-in wings which was why the ultimate hut bundle was sold out after they started the order of boneless wings I mention there is something wrong with the app. The employee quickly removed the boneless wings in front of us & started another order of bone in wings Then the employees began openly discussing tips again to the point it was obvious since we didn't tip this was our punishment When our order wasn't ready at 5pm I began counting pick up orders & delivery orders by the time we left the location processed 15 additional orders by the time our order was filled What justifies a tip? We placed our order on the app, scheduled 1 hour ahead, paid on the app, arrived at the location to pick up. No one waited on us at a table or drove to our hotel to deliver & we already paid for the food The location had the boneless wings but since they assigned it as unavailable they force customers who want the ultimate hut bundle to select the big box bundle which if you want wings you have to pay the up charge or you receive something else like more bread sticks With the up charges on the big hut box we paid almost $10 more than the cost of the ultimate hut bundle. This location is scamming customers what a shame, such a dishonest practice By the time we got in our car it was 535pm....we waited over 35 minutes for an order placed at 4pm scheduled for 5pm pick up AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION 2700 S WOODLAND SPRINGS VILLAGE BLVD #400 Flagstaff, AZ 86001 Go to ANY other pizza place in Flagstaff
