  I’ve eaten here a few times and love the pork fried rice. However, the service is normally slow and inattentive. I also attempted to call 6 separate times over a 2 hour period and not one was answered. I was just trying to confirm their allergy friendly options.

  I usually have a fantastic time at Lotus Lounge. Its the place me and my family go everytime we celebrate something. I have been here about 15 times in the last 2 years with my whole family, or just my Fiance and I. The boats are a great deal and we usually get one or two. However this past weekend, we arrived at 8:45 p.m.(closes at 10) and we're not served. We sat at the sushi bar, we made eye contact mutiple times with the red haired waitress who's name I never got. One of our party even waived her down and said hello but she brushed passed us. At 915 we left, no water, no drinks, no sushi. While we were on our way to get food somewhere else, we could see the kitchen staff standing around idle. Im sure they would have been glad for something to do. What's really unfortunate is, I was excited to show a friend from out of town on of my favorite spots. Instead we wasted too much time and had limited choices on food afterwards.

  The food was amazing the waitress was nice but completely ignored us after we ordered our food. Tried waving her down and she ignored us. She never gave us silverware or napkins. We had to ask a manger that was folding up silverware.
