  I’m a Jimmy John’s regular. This one was sub-par in many respects. While it was clean, and the staff were friendly enough, they were out of the key ingredients by early afternoon, and they incorrectly made 2 of our 4 sandwiches. Not recommended.

  Placed order and 20 minutes after checking in TWICE, it still had not been brought out. I checked in via APP and via email. Walk in, ask for manager and explain. They say they never got a check in for curbside - my receipt on the bag clearly says curbside. Manager goes over to pick up shelves and grabs my sandwich - my now soggy sandwich, and when I complained about getting a soggy sandwich they did not offer to replace it. Just said "that's an app issue!" I double checked in. App and email. And the note clearly stated that I am handicapped and parked and waiting in the handicap spot. Someone could have checked to see if I was here, if it's actually even true that they got neither of my double check ins. Manager currently parked in close up parking that should be reserved for guests. But employees quite often take the best parking spots.

  They refused to remake my sandwich or give me a refund after putting mayonnaise on a sandwich that wasn't even supposed to come with mayonnaise.

  Great service and sandwiches made with high quality ingredients, all in all a very enjoyable experience.

  $15 for a roast beef sandwich combo. Soda, chips and a sandwich with total of 2 slices of roast beef a small handful of lettuce 3 tomatoes slices and mayo. Sad sandwich. Portions for a sandwich half the size.
