  Absolutely horrible service today! The girl that took my order was a bit rude and preoccupied by her coworkers conversation. Literally sat in line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me! Surprisingly my drink was made right! Apparently the employees need to get their crap together!

  Disappointing service and lack of attention: ​I’ve visited Dutch Bros a few times, but my recent experience at this location was really underwhelming. ​I prefer to use the walk-up window, but the service was surprisingly slow. There were only two customers at the window, yet I still had to wait at least 10 minutes after placing my order. When my Americano was finally ready, the staff didn't call it out. They just set it off to the side at the window and left it sitting there for a minute or two while I waited for someone to notice me. ​On top of that, the area around the walk-up window really needs a good cleaning. There are a lot of stains on the concrete and on the wall. It’s hard to justify tipping when the service is this inattentive and the physical space is neglected. I was expecting a better experience based on the brand's reputation, but this visit fell short.

  We were passing through Flagstaff and I needed my coffee shop we stopped at this location. Ty was so kind and friendly. He has great costumer service skills and such a great attitude.

  This was our first time trying Dutch Bros since we don’t have one in our area, and we stopped by while heading home from a long road trip. The employee who took our order and payment was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, our experience at the window was less positive. We were told that payment was still needed even though we had already paid. After showing proof of the transaction, we were informed that the system was still showing an outstanding balance. For three drinks, I paid $55.90. While we were ultimately given the option not to pay again, the interaction felt uncomfortable and could have been handled with a bit more understanding, especially given the apparent technical issues. Overall, our experience was okay. We truly appreciated the excellent service from the employee who took our order, but the confusion surrounding the payment process took away from what could have been a great first visit.
