    Went here for a drink and the free dog bandana place is not 24 hours. It's 530am the lines packed people are stuck because no one is leaving and I can't blame em they must want the bandanna too. Anyways never tried the other location in Flagstaff.I'm giving 30min more then I'll try. Never seen this kinda shit before. The app order was not working and the staff said preorder starts at 530? Best of luck,and does anyone know why the hell a blended American eagle cost so much more than the iced version? I can't figure it out either. Update I talked to someone at the dutch headquarters I was told the blended drinks cup size is larger that's why the price is more I only got one drink at a time next time I'll get 2 drinks to see the difference in cup size is it really a 3 dollar difference? TIP if u see a line of cars theres a small parking lot in between the car wash and dutch park and walk up only 2 ahead still took 15 min to get a drink.the car line maybe 2 cars moved no joke. 3 tops

    This Dutch Bros used to be fine, but last few times my wife or I have ordered here they always find a way to mess something up with our order. If you like Dutch bros, go to the other one across town, I never had issues over there. Or just go to Starbucks, or any other of the dozen coffee shops in flag

    I normally enjoy coming to this location, but today I had a very frustrating experience. While I was in the drive-thru, it was obvious that the woman in the blue-green Nissan in front of me was an employee, as she spent time chatting with multiple staff members. I wouldn’t have minded if it had only been a minute or two, but after she received her drink, she continued to sit at the drive-thru window for another 6–8 minutes talking with the employee at the window. It was unprofessional and inconsiderate to the customers waiting behind her. What should have been a quick five-minute visit turned into a 15-minute wait because the woman in the blue-green Nissan wanted to socialize with her coworkers. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t happen again. The drink was standard and good.
