I absolutely love Dunkin. yesterday my sandwich didn’t have the sauce I paid extra for. This morning it didn’t have the cheese. I got the exact same sandwich both times. I love Dunkin and the customer service is great and I will continue going because my coffee is always spot on. This is just a reminder to please double check the orders that the workers are making. I take my orders to go and don’t notice until I’ve already left. The workers have a great attitude And are also very nice.

I went to Dunkin’ and was greeted by a friendly face it was a young girl named Abbi .. she was polite and helpful with making my coffee.. she understood the task when I told her I didn’t like strong coffee.

The little girl in the front is so rude. Literally just stares at you with a blank expression. The ladies in the back making the drinks and food are nice and welcoming.

Why are they so rude here? The workers will literally look you in the eye and not say anything?? Pls get a job you enjoy so you don’t treat people like that.
