  I usally come here ,But the cashiers are rude just give you dirty looks for ordering food maybe dont work here if you hate your job. ☺️.

  Samantha was very rude to me and argued with me when she got my order wrong. She had an attitude with me which no customer should see and she did this all in front of two customers sitting down. I even returned the other donut and she just stopped talking and wouldn’t break eye contact she just and kept starting me down so rudely and it was very mean for no reason. I didn’t deserve to be treated this way. I should not have to deal with anger from a person when the issue was so small. I was not rude to her so it doesn’t make sense as to why she was arguing with me and looking at me that way and it even a big deal.. It’s was unprofessional and no customer should deal with that especially since I was being kind and not rude and just told her the situation. Arguing with customer is not okay . Instead of saying okay ma’am let me fix it she just argued with me then stopped talking and kept looking at me like she was mad and wouldn’t break eye contact. In customer service , customers should be treated with kindness and maybe it was a mistake in communication some where but that still doesn’t mean argue with the customer who’s being kind to you.

  When traveling across country we’ve been to this dunkin twice. Both times drinks get made wrong. While asking what they are gonna do with the drink they messed she responded with I’m going to keep it for myself. Both times.

  The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is because of the fact that they charge you $1 plus tax for a pup cup. Starbucks doesn't charge you anything and the Dunkin in Casa Grande charges you 25 cents. I'm not saying it should be free but 4 times what they charge you in Casa Grande is insane.
