  Hello, this is my second experience at this location. Unfortunately, the first time wasn't the best with the long wait and staff members were talking and not working. My coffee was not good! I gave the benefit of the doubt giving room for error. I returned today before my eye appointment, and once again, poor service! Lisa who had just finished serving a customer in front of me didn't acknowledge the fact that I was next in line. She starts talking to another lady who wasn't in line and ended up taking her order and her daughter's order...super rude! Thankfully, Altiana saw what happened stopped working beverages and came and took my order and conducted a professional service. I plan on reaching out to the manager at this location so that Lisa can receive more training. CHK 4994 on 6/29/2026 at 9:15am.

  The glazed donuts they put in my bag had no little to no glaze on them and the Boston cream was not Boston cream filling it was some kind of clear vanilla flavored sugary stuff but not Boston cream I can assure you.

  This donut place is located conveniently within the Love's gas station. There is accessible parking outside including an accessible ramp or you can access it by going inside the Love's Travel gas station store. The donut shop was well stocked with flavors and you could easily see them in the glass display. Donut flavor though was not as fresh as other locations and didn't taste as sweet. Ditto for their coffees. However, cashier was welcoming and friendly.

  If you go early it is great. I went late in the afternoon and the donut holes I ordered were so stale they were crunchy. Overall I have been satisfied until I visited later in the day.
