It wasn't like they were busy or anything.I ordered a cheese burger and it was Terrible! Did not even look like the picture on the menu. So disappointed. Wouldn't recommend going there.

I was thinking they were just waiting on fries until 2 cars went through the drive and no one still came towards the mobile window. Not until the guy on the line passed the window did someone come over. No apology for the long wait, fries were cold.

Rally's used to be considered like the ONLY drive thru food source that had the chocolate and vanilla swirl option......and now they not only gave up the best choice for an ice-cream cone.....but ALL ice-cream together?! I was like NOOOoOoOOo!!! Whoever came up with that decision- boo to you, I say. Boooo.
