I thought all the Rally's had closed. I've lived here 43 years and used to frequent Rallys in metro center area. Seemed like every one of the Rallys became a drive thru Mexican food place. I live in Surprise and drove by your restaurant recently. Shocked that I actually saw one! Told my wife how I used to love your French fries. So, that was my test for you and you definitely didn't disappoint me! Everything was great, especially the fries. Thank you! Also, your prices weren't awful like other fast food chains are these days.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this Rally’s location. After arriving home and opening our order, I noticed that I had been charged $4.29 for a large order of fries, yet the container was filled less than halfway. My child had already eaten one or two fries because they were hungry, but it was obvious the fries were nowhere near a full serving. I called the store and spoke with Alex, the acting manager. His response was simply, “That’s not right.” I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and move on. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. I ordered three burgers prepared exactly the same way. Before my order was completed, I noticed the third burger on the screen was incorrect, so I confirmed it with the employee. He went back to let the kitchen know before the burger was made, and I still had to wait about nine minutes because my wings weren’t ready. There were no other cars waiting, so the delay was not due to the restaurant being busy. Despite bringing the mistake to their attention before the burger was made, it was still prepared incorrectly. The burger came with cheese and other toppings that should not have been on it. At that point, I was simply frustrated by the lack of care and attention given to customer orders. What stood out the most was the overall lack of effort and customer service. The experience started on the wrong foot when I was greeted with, “Are you ready to order?” instead of a welcoming greeting such as, “Welcome to Rally’s. How can I help you today?” While that may seem minor, it reflected the overall attitude and lack of professionalism throughout my visit. I drove back to the restaurant to speak with Alex in person. I explained that I did not want the burger remade because I was no longer comfortable having my food prepared after multiple mistakes. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I would have to wait until Miguel, the store manager, arrived at 7:30 p.m. From my perspective, Alex was not properly guided or supported by Miguel, and that lack of leadership is reflected in the poor customer service I experienced. Multiple opportunities were missed to make things right, and instead, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. This wasn’t just about a half-filled order of fries or an incorrect burger. It was about the lack of attention to detail, accountability, and concern for the customer. This level of service should not be acceptable. I would appreciate someone from Rally’s Corporate reaching out to me. I would like to know whether this is the standard of customer service and food quality that Rally’s expects its customers to receive. I hope this matter is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

Burgers are from frozen. The only thing worth getting is the spice chicken sandwich.

Apparently I wasn't worthy of honey mustard today. They had 3 left and were saving them for online orders. Drive-thru customers are basically the airline economy class of fast food.
