- BBbjbinazApr 25, 20261.0I've never been to a worse Subway than this one. I won't go into specifics because others have already expressed what I'm thinking, such as how they are rarely present, are typically impolite, and don't give a damn about customer service or interacting with customers.

It took about 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter, when he did he had no urgency to help me. Took his time to finish eating whatever food was in his hands, and then proceeded to tell me I couldn't make a substitute on my sandwich. I had to get it the way it was offered.... Is this not a place to build your own sandwich?? I left and will not return.

They're ringing it up as 2 six inch sandwiches and giving themselves a big tip. Wouldn't let me look at the credit card scanner after I tapped it. Don't patronize this rip-off business.
