  Pizza hut has officially lost my business as a customer. I ordered a pizza melt, and recieved one tiny piece. I have ordered this meal before, I am a regular. I just worked 16 hours and I am starving, and Pizza Hut left off 90 percent of my order. I am livid and I will never return again. Spread the word. guys. The cottonwood Pizza Hut SUCKS! I can see from the reviews this us common for this crappy restaurant.

  Ordered delivery at 6:30pm, it is now 9:00 pm and we are on the 3rd door dash driver and still no pizza. This sucks.

  today i had ordered 2 my hut boxes. both were to come with a personal pizza and 4 traditional wings. i had ordered at 950am online (they open at 1030 am) i set the pick up time for 11am. i got to the store to pick up my food at 11am and was informed that my wings would take an additional 20 min to be done. i was also informed that they had not yet turned on the oven on or even cleaned it out. seeing as they open at 1030am you would think all that would be done BEFORE 1030am. i sat and waited until 1137am for my food, finally got my food and took it home only to find that both my boxes had 3 wings instead of 4. i would have called down to the store but at this point, what’s the point? all they would have done is offer to give me 2 wings (which would probably have been another 20 min) cottonwood pizza hut, get it together bro.

  I placed my order for two pizzas well in advance. I ordered them at 10:40 AM so that the pizza would arrive at the office by 11:45 AM. I received my confirmation, paid the delivery fee, and even paid the driver's tip upfront. Later—when I tried calling Pizza Hut because the order hadn't arrived—they didn't answer. Instead, they sent me a text message stating that DoorDash was delivering my order between 12:34 PM and 12:37 PM—meaning I had to wait nearly an hour for the order! My lunch break has already passed, and now I won't be able to eat because I have to get back to work. I do not find this reasonable at all—especially since they didn't even bother to contact the customer to let them know about the delays. Terrible service!
