    As a local in cottonwood I'm a regular here, and everyone is always so nice and of course they have amazing drinks!

    This is the only Dutch within a two hour drive here. But it feels like recently something has changed. Yesterday when I went there, a worker was being very aggressive with a customer. I overheard him threatening to hurt them, and got in their face. There was a whole screaming match in the parking lot and nothing was done about it. I believe the workers name is Johnny, it was a really ugly interaction and was extremely disappointing. Goes to show they care more about business rather than their customers. The workers just seem not what DutchBros stands for anymore.

    There was one other person in line in the drive thru. I got in line behind them waiting approximately 10 minutes when another car pulled up next to me. The employee comes out and takes their order… I ask confused, “are they going in front of me then?” The employee giggles and says “yeah! Sorry!”. They almost hit my car trying to squeeze in past me…I ordered a small drink for myself and they ordered 4 drinks so I had to wait behind them while they received all their beverages! I think it’s kinda dumb that they just let people cut you in line then don’t even care. I used to go here frequently but this is kinda disappointing!
