It was hot today, so I decided to get an iced drink and a couple of jelly donuts at the Dunkin' in Cottonwood, Arizona. The very young lady asked me what size I wanted,and since there were no cups displayed to know what size, she pulled a small one off the shelf. Just as I said yes to that size she dropped the cup on the floor, picked it up and PUT IT BACK ON THE STACK! I asked her, "Did you just put that back on the stack?" She said, "Yeah," very nonchalantly. I straight up told her (for all to hear), "You can't do that." She didn't respond to that, just asked if there was anything else. I said, "Yes. Don't give me THAT cup." I know that food service workers in Arizona need to have a food handler certificate. What's up with that girl?

At least fill it to the top that’s what we pay for right? Most employees are nice, they just need to focus on how much product they give out because at the end we all always tip and this is why i hardly even tip due to what they give me!
