- MJMina Jacinto-Renard2 days ago3.0I have gluten allergy, so I am boxed into eating at certain places. Chipotle being one of them (so just not coming back isn't really an option). I always do the chipotlane (normally sleeping kids in the car). I have not had a single bad experience till the past two months. I have had an issue with all 4 orders. The same girl is always working, during these experiences. I try really hard to be chill about this stuff because I know the work force is a difficult right now. But so is paying $40 for dinner and getting home and its wrong every time. Missing entrees in kids meals, missing things on one bowl. And then tomatoes on everything. I can not eat tomatoes and they are all over everything we order!!!! I do have to say the Manager(I think) was amazing the last time this happened and assisted my husband in getting it fixed. Everyone has been very kind when I come into the building. Just frustrated going 4/4 with order errors.

- CMClyde McDonaldApr 27, 20261.0Went in on a Saturday around 5pm and they were out of half of their ingredients. No corn, vegetables, guac, salsa. We felt like we got scammed by the time we sat down to eat. If you're out of half of the choices to add to your bowl/burrito, you should really give a discount or free bag of chips or something. Customer service was trash as well and we will not be going back to Chipotle.
