- AHAshley HaywoodJun 27, 20261.0Sent my bf to get me some mango habanero chicken from the deli anytime I get this chicken I request the sauce either on top or on side and they are always kind enough to either put a generous amount of sauce from the pan if it’s not dried out or will pour me sauce directly from the container here they or I should say the lady wasn’t so accommodating it’s apart of customer service to not be lazy and serve your customers!

When making food and waiting for it to ge done orders could still be taken and customer acknowledged ALL THE TIME! Its almost always a 20 to 30 minute wait because they cant or wont mutitask! Its called customer service! Running out of everyday items is also absurd again failure at the manager level when it comes to ordering correctly. I will not waist my time or money there anymore and will happily drive to Casa Grande knowing ill be noticed and greeted with kindness and getting my coffee ect

The person there was short and rude. No apology. No sense of urgency that led me to believe the remaining expired priduct would be pulled from the shelf. Just do you want a replacement or refund?
