Terrible customer service. Whomever the girl working the window around 8pm 10/13/26 SUCKED. We left the drive through after asking for hot coffee and getting the response “are you serious? Right now? I don’t even have any made” needless to say we’ll never stop back by this location.

Ordered through the app. App said would be ready in 10 mins. Drove to the location and waited over 30 mins for a mobile order of ice cream to be brought out. Happened before but figured I try it again. Sadly still disappointed in this location.

This was by far the worst Sonic I have ever eaten at. I do not like ketchup or mayonnaise. Therefore, I always ask for no ketchup, no mayonnaise add mustard at every restaurant that I eat at. It is usually a simple request and goes without the hitch. For some reason this restaurant believed that simply removing ketchup and mayonnaise and adding mustard means adding 10 to 15 servings of mustard on all three of my burgers made sense. This of course rendered them completely inedible. I did pre-tip 13% and the server still provided horrible service as well. She did not ask if I wanted any condiments or napkins. Therefore my car, which still has the paper plate on it as it is brand new, and I are covered with mustard. Yep, no way of cleaning up. I cannot, and will not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

This is by far the WORST SONIC I have ever ate at and also the worst drive through experience in general. I have lived here for 8 years and this place has never changed. THEY ARE THE SLOW and It gets orders correct like 2% of the time and if you tell them they got it wrong they argue with you. After 8 years you would think they would change but it is clear now that sonic corporation and the person who runs this sonic does not care about quality or customer satisfaction. I have given it to many chances and it has never changed. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. EVER. If you don’t want the headache I advise no one eat here.

They Don’t Know What Toast Is. A play in three acts Act 1: I ordered a Breakfast Toaster, my favorite item at Sonic. After much anticipation I received my meal, the fries I ate first. I then eagerly unwrapped my Breakfast Toaster only to discover a breakfast sandwich on plain un-toasted white bread. I pressed the button to alert them and the young woman on the other side of the speaker proceeded to tell me that was in fact how toast was supposed to be. Not warm and golden brown but, in fact, cold, white, and mushy. I can only assume they’re reading a bag that says Texas toast on it and don’t realize there are more steps. Frustrated, I tossed the bag in the back seat and I left. Act 2: A little ways down the road I decided I deserved a refund. I mean if I paid for something, I should receive it, right? Upon my return I spoke to two of the young women outside where they tried further to convince me the un-toasted bread was actually toasted. I also discovered they highly discourage seeking a refund by requiring you to refund (3-5 business days) your entire order and reorder the items you want to keep (my wife’s burrito meal and the fries I ate before discovering my sandwich.) After this revelation, I asked that it be remade since I couldn’t get a refund. Act 3: I decided to leave before it came back out instead of getting back the same sandwich that they took from me. 0/10 would not recommend.
